I was "dumpster diving" recently and found a jewelry box full of jewelry. There was gold, silver, and copper jewelry in it, along with some vintage silver cuff links. It was crazy. 😮

The glass vile was where the gold nuggets are from. Prob from knotts berry farm in California. I’ve got two of them.

I’m 68 yo- when we were kids, we would go “gold panning” at certain parks or recreation centers in California. At the end of our adventure we were given a glass vial, similar to yours, filled with the “nuggets”( sometimes more like flakes😂) The bottle to take home. Mine was on the windowsill in my bedroom until I got married and left home. 🫣my sister and would argue over who had the most gold in their bottle🙈

I'm pretty sure your gold nuggets was what was inside your little glass jar. I grabbed a $5 bag of jewelry at an estate sale back in December after a quick glance while I was paying for my other items. It ended up having a beautiful gold bracelet in it with an extremely rare 24kt gold coin attached. Still trying to figure out exactly how much this coin is worth other than the scrap, because it is so rare it's not coming up online (it does in a different metal, but not gold).

The gold nugs were from glass mini jar probably And the striped thingy you pushed aside looks like a vintage belt buckle it hair clip piece. Could it have been Bakelite ? You didn’t show us enough of that piece.

Those little nuggets were probably in the little glass vial in water and a stopper. Commonly sold in souvenier shops at gold prospecting towns.

Those were snowshoes in the photo postcard. I used them often in my younger years.

What is the best way to mail a vintage card and get a tracking number? I paid way too much just for a tracking number that you have to have for Ebay, Post office charged 10,00 to ship that card I sold for 15.00 Just to have the tracking! unreal!. Thank you for your videos!

The gold fill bracelet is missing the safety chain. I sold one similar to this one but it was even close to $50. If I recall it was under $20.
