Small Soldiers, Bigger NERF Blasters... with an even BIGGER Price Tag.

I loved the shit out of Small Soldiers toys as a kid (barely watched the movie) and even I didn't know these existed. That goodwill video parody though lol. Nerf is like the worst thing to try and flip because they're expensive/bulky to ship, people don't want to pay those rates, and they make THOUSANDS of most blasters, which people are easily willing to part with once the novelty wears off.

Good stuff! It's always nice to see another Tag Back! These Larami darts kind of remind me of Ultra darts in a sense due to their unusual size and incompatibility with other products. Which has me wondering, can these blasters fire Ultra? Also, regarding the smaller blaster, if you intend to mod it, don't plug the pump! I have read a few horror stories on Nerfhaven about people ruining their blasters by doing this, so I wouldn't even think about doing it if I were you.

I vaguely remember seeing those back in the day - I always really liked their paint scheme. The movie was pretty good too, or at least it was fun back when it was in theaters.

Something interesting I'm willing to suggest would be Clue: Elimination. The guns are just jolt reskins but the interesting part is the darts. They were regular elite-sized with soft rubber tips, but they also whistled. Bit of warning though, the blasters are NOT friendly to users with larger hands as they have a kind of knuckle-guard on a lot of them, that really only fit small hands.

I remember looking for these on eBay years ago, and there might be one once in a while. Right now there half a dozen of the pistols on Ebay, and the are with shipping around fifty bucks. So I think word slowly spreads, that these things have value. Same is true with the Mattel Ultimator, there is a constant supply of them on EBay now.

So see, the issue with the Roxas question is that not all Nobodies are created in the same way. In the cases of Roxas, Namine, Xemnas, and technically Xion, they all have egos of their own that are independent of the original. Where as Axel and Siax are essentially perfect copies of themselves. Now one thing to note, none of those 4 have perfect memories either, while Axel and Siax do, they remember 100% of their old lives. The whole strong willed aspect of nobodies seems to imply 2 things. One, that Nobodies aren't literally the empty body of a person, but rather their ego and memories given form, a physical form that exist only because of the absence of the true self, and two, that the reason why the strongest nobodies retain a humanoid form is BECAUSE they remember being human. The question to why those 4 look different could easily be summed up by the fact that they are imperfect recreations. But that doesn't explain why Roxas looks exactly like Ventus. Well why does Xion look sorta like Kairi? Xion looks like Kairi because shes pulling from Sora's most powerful memories, while simultaneously trying to fit in a role of a three person group that's similar to both Sora's crew AND the Twilight Town crew. But also, Kairi was stowed away in Sora's heart. Now the most popular reasoning given on the subject just leaves it as that, Ventus was also a stowaway in Sora's heart, so bingo bango bongo, Roxas looks like him, but I bring up the ego thing, and how perception of the Nobody might change its form because of this. Xigbar remembers Ventus, he even sees Ventus when confronting him like they sensed eachother, and Xemnas, while also not a perfect copy of Xehanort, also remembers Ventus. I mean he was his apprentice, and a key blade wielder. What I mean to say are that theres a lot of forces around Roxas that reinforces the form he took on. As for the Keyblade thing, I actually disagree. Terra passes the ability on to Riku, but Aqua only tells Sora to protect Riku, and in the first game Riku states that when the time for him to call forth the keyblade, Sora effectively took it from him. I do not believe Aqua's interaction with him passed on the ability, and its also highly speculated that his ability to dual wield in 2 is tied to Ventus still lying dormant inside of him. If anything gave him the ability to wield a keyblade, it was harboring Ventus' disembodied heart. Yes this is a pointless diatribe about a joke skit in a nerf blsater review, yeah it was probably a waste of my time, but damn do I love this dumb as fuck game series.

As a huge member of the Small Soldiers Community. The amount of times I've passed on buying these for $10-$15 is ridiculous. Seeing them on ebay now for $245 each is insane. These used to be practically worthless in the community and just a nice novelty item. I never ended up grabbing one and wish I did now. Shame.

I'm happy you got to mention the super maxx 500 blaster, I own one I got off ebay for 30$ and it's a fun blaster. Of course no ammo came with it but I shoved a small 1/2 pvc pipe down the barrel using short darts and it's even more fun

I have or had one of the smaller orange ones. I didn't know what it was and the sticker was gone. Got it at goodwill for pennies and it didn't work, but it was an air blaster so I got it. I couldn't get it all the way apart because it was solvent welded and I never put it back together. I don't even know where it or the parts are. Oh hindsight.
