I'm a long time appreciater of your mom's art and vision. It is amazing that you all want to carry the gauntlet for her... just know that we have all been blessed by what she gave us and I will continue to rewatch and paint along side her previously posted videos even if there are never any new ones! Good luck and God bless in all your endeavors and thank you
Haven't cried from watching a RU-vid video but this got me. Your Mum left a legacy and you are doing her proud keeping her work going on. Any way we can support/ donate to the purchase of supplies, kindly share. Rest well Sue. Your Mandalas are still bringing immeasurable joy to the world.
I’m yet another random RU-vidr whose feed somehow led to your mom’s video. I’m so sorry for your loss of such a lovely lady. I’m not really into art in a big way, but Ive seen a few of your mums vids and they’re really good. I’ve just subscribed ;)
I always enjoyed your mom's projects and designs. I watched her for a long time. Make it fun for you to carry on, not a lot of hard work. Nice to meet you.
I’m so happy to see you’ve been posting and painting! In your mom’s “goodbye” video it seemed to make her so happy that you could possibly keep painting on your own or for the channel. I believe she would be so happy to know you’re finding joy in painting still. I will keep watching.
Hi there! The only person pressuring me to make videos and post is me! I'm very much like my Mom in that sense. I want to make more videos and be more involved in this community so i'm working to find the balance in my life :D Thank you for your concern and support! ❤
Wow! You've got a twinkle in your eyes and your voice warms my heart! It's nice to finally see you. I always enjoy the art (and the music) in your videos. Looking forward to the continued uploads. Greetings from Japan, by the way!
Everyone made such lovely comments and they all mirror my thoughts as well. I miss your mom so much and think it's so wonderful that you are continuing her legacy. So nice to see your face. I see your mom in you! 🤗💕
Hi Cassie! So nice to see your smiling face (you look like mum). I think going Live would be wonderful, get to meet and greek everyone and have fun. So happy to hear that the whole family is involved and keeping Sue's channel going. Your doing a great job and she would be so proud. See in your next video sweetie. Have a blessed day.
Hi Cassie! You remind me so much of your mom! I'm so glad to hear we can look forward to more videos. Your plans sound like a lot of fun. I'm subscribed and ready!
Hi Cassie!! Nice to see your face 😊 I believe I had subscribed to this Channel after your Mom had already passed… I am happy to see you updated! I am also a single full time working Mom and I want to begin doing artistic crafts, so I look forward to whatever you decide to share with us!!! 🙏🏼 💗
Just do what you can when you can! It is a lot of work to make videos. It is so beautiful that you want to carry on her legacy!!! Thank you for sharing. Please share whatever you feel is fitting. I am sure whatever you think is best will be perfect. 💙💚💜
The fact that your Mother's legacy is still celebrated and shared is truly amazing ❤❤❤ Thankyou for continuing to share any time and talent with us ❤❤❤❤
Glad to hear this update, its nice that this channel is keeping on with a family effort. I would love to do a paint together chat live, and blacklight would be really cool!! Sending love you all of you ♡
I loved your mom’s tutorials, her work was beautiful and I’m sure many of us wanted to duplicate it and she listed tool size which was very helpful! Thx.!
Nice to meet you! Love anything you share...blacklight party sounds so interesting! Praying for you and your family...Sue inspired me and was one of the first people I followed as she explained it so well
Thank you for honoring your mom's legacy. May the Lord gives you comfort and strength. I know that this is about mandalas but I would love to learn how to pain a little rock and write a Bible verse or a message on it. I was gifted one rock that I keep with me wherever in the world I am. Nice to meet you! You are so beautiful! Thank you for all you do in spite you are so busy!!!
I'm not quite sure how to write on a smaller surface like the rocks that I paint, but I know there are acrylic paint pens/markers that might work. Mom used to print a message on small piece of paper and secure it to the rock, then resin over it so it couldn't move. It's a longer process but the message would like a very very long time.
Hi Cassie! I am so happy you are “carrying the torch” and continuing this channel your Mom started. As you know she was greatly loved and admired and lots of us got our start with this art with her… including me. I admire your courage for doing this… it’s a lot of work and it’s not easy! But there are a lot of us cheering you on! 😊❤😊
I lost my dad 6 years ago. I went into nursing in honor of him, but also because I realized this was a job that I cared deeply about. I hope you continue to do what makes you happy, but also makes you think of your mother when you post. Do this to stay close to her, not for us, and you will always feel fulfilled ❤❤❤❤im sorry for your loss, but I know that doing something she loved will bring you closer to hwr
I just came across the goodbye video and decided to take a look at the channel. I lost my mother in law 2 years ago, also to cancer. She and I had an amazing connection, especially when it came to creativity. My heart broke when I heard your mom talking about how her daughter wasn’t painting, probably because she knew her mom was going. My creativity broke down after my mother in law’s passing and I’ve very slowly trying to get back into it. I’m so happy to see this, knowing Sue’s passion will be continued by her family, and it inspires me to do the things that my mother in law loved seeing me do. I know she’d want me to keep it going. I’m subscribed now and looking forward to exploring the content here and maybe start painting mandala’s as well. Thank you. ❣
Thank you so much for keeping your mom's channel going. Your mom helped me so much, I don't even know where to start--I was in a very low place and watching her videos and trying to copy her art (that's trying, not usually succeeding!) really helped me to come out of it. I think you should do anything you want to do, black light paints sound amazing!! I agree with some of the comments below--no pressure!!! I will be watching whatever you produce, on whatever schedule is best for you and your family.
I'm so happy that Mom could help provide some comfort for you in your low times. All she wanted was to spread happiness and share art with this amazing community. I'm so happy you have decided to stick around and I hope you continue your craft (even if it's just trying). I'm sure you're doing amazing! ❤
I think you guys painting along or do a live 'paint party' event with music and stuff would be such a great fun way to honor her! You could even sell tickets to a zoom paint room or somthing like that!
Don't be afraid to pace yourself to start. Better to start slow, and get comfortable and build skills and confidence as you go, and maybe up your schedule as you feel ready.
Your mom is so proud of you. All we can hope in this world is that we leave behind some part of ourselves, some impact we made. It's clear how much of an amazing impact she had on you and now you get to share that joy and passion with others. Sending love.
Your Mom's goodbye video popped up about half a year ago. My goodness it hit me hard. She was a brave woman. Now I just go and watch videos of Sues and I'm so glad you are carrying on.
I previously had no idea what dot mandela painting is, but the algorithms of RU-vid led me here. Creds to you for continuing your late mother's legacy, but also do not forget to follow your own paths in life. Godspeed.
Your mom was a blessing in this weary world. I wish I could speak words for this but I know myself not much can be said. But your mother is a superstar and was a miracle. It's such a blessing to see her loved ones wish to carry on her standard now. May you be as blessed as the eons are long, you're already as strong as the red woods of old. I cannot even begin. But this is where I will end. God Bless.
you are your mums spitting image. i cant imagine the pain you and your family have been through. your mother seemed like such a lovely soul. thinking of you and your family
Your mothers last video came across my feed .. my dad just passed away in November.. I know the hole you feel… she mentions you and your painting and how she wishes u to maybe make some videos… and I looked to see hoping it didn’t hurt to much for you and wishing that you did maybe paint and make some videos … I’m glad you did … and also to find out your name is Cassie to .. some things I just feel like you’re meant to find
My condolences. I lost my Mom in 2009 due to complications in her battle against lung cancer. It was a life changing experience for me and my family and though I know you had your u unique life experiences, trust me I understand the impact of the loss and also, the motivation to do good things in their name and memory. ❤️🙏🏼🤟🏼🖖🏼🤘🏼
Hi Cassie! Unfortunately, I discovered your Mom's channel after she had died. I'm so sorry for your pain. I've decided to subscribe because you seem like such a sweet person and because I love art. I hope you enjoy the channel as much as your mom did. Take care.
So sorry for your loss. May she rest in eternal peace. May your memories shared as a family carry you all through the difficult times. Stay well. God bless and a big hug to all.
@@cassiesloan8302 your momma talked a lot about y’all too - I’m always excited To see your videos- I’ll stop doing what I’m doing just to watch them!!!
Hey Cassie! I know it's been hard on you and yours since Sue passed, and I think it's beautiful to see you taking over the legacy she left behind. I think that if you're willing to create something beautiful, anything you'd like to share at all, you're more than welcome. You're all amazing and I wish the family a lot of love!
You are so strong. I am also a daughter in mourning. This Thursday will be a year of life without my dad. I left a message for your mom on her final video since dad had just left two months prior to that video, and what I said remains true. She is remembered, and her legacy lives on. I wanted to check in, because as I promised, I haven’t forgotten your mom. Take care of yourself. I still cry most weeks, but with time the grief gets easier to hold in your hearts. ❤❤ My favorite thing to do is to talk to my dad out loud. I have some voice recordings, some voice mail he left on my phone months before he passed. In every single one he told me he loves me. I play those and respond “I love you too, dad.” Our Love doesn’t die with us. It lives on in every life we touch.
Your videos gave me so much warmth in my heart knowing you're reaching your mothers goals with the channel and everything. Gosh, she'd be proud of you.
