I vividly remember walking past the walls up whilst they were building this park when I was a child, and being sooooo excited... Core memory! Can't wait to see the studios ove over the next 10 years!
Hello Sam !!! Very interesting all the information that you have about your visiting to Disneystudios 🙂🥰…. I enjoyed a lot my visit as I said in the video !!! Greetings🙂👋🙂👋🥰
You got it right. Actually the Smallest Disney Parks around the World. Opened since 2002. I've done Aerosmith Roller Coaster Armageddon many times. Kinda Miss them. Childhood memories So happy that we're getting a extension of Walt Disney Studio which is Avengers Campus, Frozen Land and not sure about this one, Star Wars Galaxy Edge
06:00 don't forgot the option illusion effect on the buildings because they still stand there for the old TramTours ingang and behind that was the old option illusion mountain with Hollywood. i did have mine last photo of it from 4 years ago. and in april it was well weird to see the option illusion effect on the building but not on the back ground
Totally agree that the Studios Park need more plazes to eat.On the other side for the Armageddon(if I dont remember wrong),I think it used to be an buffet restaurant,I have some struggle to remember the name, but I remember that the food was amazing.Blockbuster Café next to Aerosmith I have never eat in but I was inside to take a look and take some pictures.
I doing all these rides so often, sometime I do a short nap during some rollercoaster 😅 I just love the theming, doing a short walk and take a look for new merchandise 🥰
Looking forward to visit this Park!!!! We will go before the opening of the avengers camp, but we didn't know the date before booking everything. WOW! Arendelle and Star Wars?!!!!! Didn't know about that either! I must plan another visit in a near future :) It's a "small" park but there is soooooo much to see! And i LOVEd your Rex Loungefly!! So sweet!
Fab video Sam. I love Crushes Coaster. Che Remy and some of the shops especially the one that has all the Pandora. I love the Animation Academy where you get to draw. I’m very excited for the Avengers Campus, it’s much needed to give everyone more things to see and do. Thanks for the tips on when to ride Crushes Coaster, cause when I last did it I did single rider and it took way longer than it said it would.
Love the studio park too 😄 the movie scores that play as you enter sets you up for what is ahead 😀 love slinky dog ride especially with grandchildren lolol Liara and Aria say hi 👋 x
If they ever going to do something with the Alladin flying carpets,I hope they can move it from Disney Studios Park to Adventureland, where you already has the Le Passage Enchanté d'Aladdin, the Agrabah Café and Meet and greet with Jafar.
I also hope, that they won’t just shut it down one time, because it is a good and fun ride with smaller children. And it’s comfortable, that you don’t have to wait so long.
That ride of the Toy Car I don't think I'll be going on that one only because I worry about feeling sick, I once went on a ship ride that does the same thing & I began to feel unwell from swinging back & forth. 😁
Another fab video I am looking forward to avengers campus I've seen the odd marvel film in the back round and that's it but I am so happy the studios is finally getting some love, also excited for frozen land most of all and excited to see what they do with the lake : )
I loved it in walt Disney studios it's nice to have the two different parks, it seems like its for the more modern disney films, Pixar etc so it makes sense just wish it had more rides as it was so busy we couldn't get on everything and that was February Your right about RC racer its intense lol
Thank you so much for the video 👏🏻👏🏻. We are going in December for 3 days. As it is now how long will it take to do it ? I'm planning out trip to make sure we are not wasting time 😁😁
My first time I was in Disneyland was in 2002 and at that time I didn’t even know, that the studios just opens in that year 😂 I found out a few years later. It was really small back then :D I think Rocken‘Rollercoaster (now Flight Force), Armageddon (now Spider-Man), Stunt Show (shut down???), Studio Tour (now cars road trip), flying carpets and maybe 2-3 shows … 😃 But I think with the planed lands like Frozen and Star Wars, maybe it’s not the smallest anymore… I think the Hong Kong one is also pretty small.
I'm so behind on all your latest videos. Day off on a rainy day today so I think I will binge! Love them Sam, we are back in Aug. Our first summer trip.
32:04 Absolutely love those CM Cars jackets. I've a strong feeling the Cars Road Trip attraction will be expanded greatly when the new 'CARS ON THE ROAD' series is aired soon. Even the sign fonts are the same design.
i thought the case members outside the cars ride were about to arrest you then when they ran up to say hi haah they looks like tv under cover police hahaha
Hi Sam! What are your thoughts on how the theming of the park is changing? I find it quite sad that they're phasing out the original movie concept when with the space available around the parks they could definitely incorporate both? Thanks for the fab content 💗
I really enjoyed this video! I love when you point out wee details that otherwise go unnoticed! The tiki room reference was really interesting!! PS : The people at 6:00 seemed so offended by the camera!
I think for the frozen land, the water area is toooo huge ! It’s almost half of the park, as pretty as it is, they could’ve use half of this space for new rides. Also it looks really long to walk around it to acheive frozen land :x We’ll see but I’m not convinced by the size! I think it was one of the last places available to buy around disneyland so they won’t have other occasions to extend more Something long instead of large would’ve been better I believe
Maybe it's large so they can add other lands in the future? Kinda like Epcot World Showcase which also has a huge lake which allows for the spacing out of each country.
It's that big for a reason, the plan is to build many lands around it.. like adventures campus, Galaxy's edge, frozen land and more not announced lands yet and on the lake they wil have shows like Epcot and California adventure
First, it looks larger, as it really is, second, they are planing to build different lands around it in the future, so they need that space and third, I think they also wanted to make some attraction on the lake. So I think it’s fine like that, I just don’t believe, that frozen land will be finished as planed in 2024…
I think why mickey's magic show is such a big hit, here we get to see him actually talk, blink & movie his cute nose. He looks more really. Do they change the show for halloween?
Hi Sam, although it’s a small park I do still really enjoy it. Crushes Coaster is so fun and I forgot how wild it is each time!! Also do you think it’ll be hard to get an Avengers Campus preview slot for annual pass holders and do you think you’ll be able to take a plus one if only 1 of us has an annual pass?
Hong-Kong Disney are getting a Stark Expo. Paris and california have an Avengers Campus. It can't be called a marvel land because technically universal own marvel. Disney own the MCU. Universal did a company grab back in the 90s when the marvel comic book company were in a financial hole. Also they have a marvel land in their florida park
@@gabyvhart Thanks for the info. I like roller coasters but something about those Vikingships made me feel yucky. Do you consider “scary”? I’m thinking about my kids who are 5,7 and 9😄
@@christinanderson8760 yeah I don’t like the ships much either. I didnt have the courage to go on RC racer until this year 😂. Its definitely the highest thrill ride in the park (besides tower of terror), but I’ve seen smaller kids get on it as well. So it depends on how adventurous they are, although I do think there is a height requirement
