Two .410’s out of a short barrel aren’t turning anything into red mist. Apparently none of you understand ballistics or velocity in relation to barrel length
@@ViktoriousDeadIdk two 14oz 410 slugs are each about 1,050 joules. That above the shoulders is going to leave you with some mist. And a softball sized hole in the back at the least.
Do you imagine trying to assault someone and he pulls a comically small double barrel shotgun? Edit : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-adSlxtgNaSk.html I knew it was familiar
@@Divici02623 lol actually they were about $79 to $89 back in 2002/2003. F.A.C. Corp was selling them. You could get the one in the video for $79.99(before dealers fees and tax) or get the over under combo .410/22LR for $89.99. But of course back then ammo was dirt cheap. 22LR was less than a penny a round for American Eagle.....
It’s impossible to find unless you go to lots of gun shows. I could only find .410 nsi and quickly figured out with my 50 year old bolt action shotgun that nsi is not the same and is higher pressure.
Bro if you got robbed and pointed this at them they would laugh and proceed to get turned into Swiss cheese. (Holy hell I've caused quite the argument...)
wrong..a sawed off or pistol shotgun...with barely penetrate a regular metal garbage can from 20 feet 😂 but you'd be picking .410 bbs outta your flesh for months.years..
as _'boot guns'_ are normally considered backup or _last ditch_ weapons. Why would people carry them if they werent reliable? their simplicity means there are less things that can go wrong with them.
@@Bigfitz2exactly, I keep mine loaded and safety off every morning, but I only keep the 410 pepper blast in it. Never had a problem. If I wanted I could carry 45lc . Don't see it being a problem
Actually, because it shoots more than one bullet per single trigger pull, it is illegal off that alone. I don't know if the ATF considers it fully automatic, but they clearly state it is not a semi automatic as more than 1 shot is fired per trigger pull. So yeah, weird law.
This is why double barrel shotguns in the USA come either 2 triggers, or if one trigger can not shoot both barrels at once. 2 bullets per trigger pull doesn't = the ATF definition of semi auto.
@@nicklibby3784 funny enough... It shoots the barrel that's selected... Not both at the same time... So... Nope... Also, if you didn't realize that he was joking then you're the joke...
Hm.. well I’m too poor to afford a shotgun… *looks at 3d printer Oh yeah! Edit: I didn’t mean to start a serious discussion, just wanted to make a joke about a bad idea that shouldn’t be made.
"Huh, that seems like a pretty hardcore pocket protector, I wonder how reliable it would be if it-" *shows you have to manually select between barrels* "What in the rootin' tootin' tarnation is this?"
I have the same one, mine is made by cobray though, looks exactly the same, bought it for 85.00 brand new in 1995, carried it and a strap in my sleeve of my leather jacket while riding my Harley all over Arizona. Loaded with jacketed hollow point 45 longs.
“Hey guys look at my Nerf strike gun my dad got me it!” “Hey guys look at my mastodon blaster my brother got me it!” “hey guys look at what my uncle got me”
@@wagner9050 🤣🤣🤣....but NO 🤦🏾♂️ Bond Arms is a firearms company that makes the Derringer style pistol that are chambered in 45 long colt and .410 ammo
@kmoecub straight up. Lol the idea this person probably doesn't wear snake bite protector leg things which are alot more effective than straight up shooting them(which requires you knowing it's there in the first place most times too late. That ideology just shows lol. But to each there own
I have one and there's a rumor that if the barrel selector is in the halfway position it will shoot both barrels , Not tried it yet, Probably won't hold it when I do,
@@talbotsleater2237 its kinda similar to some DB Shotguns that if you pull both their triggers just right u can get them both to go off at the same time as well but i assume with a selecter its just one trigger
Me in the interrogation room at the sheriffs department: “So you say this man was trying to rob you?” “Yes. “ “And when you were handing over your wallet, you did what?” “I quickly reached for my gun and shot him. Twice.” “And…this is what is confusing us. You shot him twice but both of his hands?” “I was scared and I just shot detective.” “Ok and off the record?” “He f’d around and found out. Can’t steal again if I basically cut off your hands. When I shot them, they were just red mist.” “😏” “😎”
You guys already know the atf is gonna be vigorously scrolling through the law books like a discord mod and Twitter posts looking for an excuse to outlaw this.
@@willismcgillis6094 it's a joke, but even if it wasn't I'd be confident in my opinion since they have a reputation of doing things like that before. Let me explain, and just to clarify this is not me bashing you, it's me throwing in two cents so everything I say should not be considered argumentive or hostile. Okey, back in 94-2003 they were petitioning a ban on the armsel striker (12 gauge rotary drum shotgun nicknamed the street sweeper) that actually went through, they classified it as a destructive device and they could have picked many reasons, rapid fire, combat enhanced, high capacity, etc, but the one they went with was since it had a chamber diameter of more than half an inch, I call that an excuse since obviously that applies to every other 12 gauge. So, like I said, it's a joke, but if it wasn't I'd still be confident considering that it's a thought out assumption based on previous actions. I just imagine them seeing a painted black evil concealable firearm that fires shot shells and calling it a destructive device and using an excuse like because it has more than one chamber and "doubles the fire rate." Or something like that. But it's just a thought
@@Righteous_Indignation426 yeah but actual .410 derringers exist, have always existed and are still in production. This thing isn't even made anymore, and in my opinion, should never have been made in the first place. It's a piece of garbage. It's a cool idea, but executed with the craftsmanship of a prisoner in India. Bond Arms makes a wonderful Over/Under version. If you want a SxS, Pedersoli makes a beautiful 10"-barreled version. It's called the Howdah Pistol .45/410.
Bro I saw one of these for sale at my local gun shop. I thought it was the funniest thing I've ever seen so I looked them up I couldn't find a video of one being shot but I did find a forum post about when the guy said he shot it once cameras went back into his hand and the only thing he could ever recommend this gun for is suicide. Glad to see one bring shot 😂
Imagine u break into someone's house, and they pull out this, and you start laughing, open your eyes, and then wonder why you are in hell all of a sudden
I have a soft spot for any firearm that is basically just a toob so that camera angle looking down the two barrels like that makes me unreasonably happy
A probably silly question from an absolute European gun noob here: I strongly assume the little switch that toggles from left to right is there to choose wich barrel is fired right? Is there a way to fire both at the same time? If not are there any shotguns who are able to do this? Thxx in advance dude's and dudette's
