looks like shoe lake. we've only gone up there a few times. did amazing on bass! also picked some yummy blueberries off a rock in the far corner while my buddy went to take a dump. love that lake!

Hey question for you. I just got my first Hummingbird Helix 7. Something I have noticed is that my sonar, SI, and DI won't read when I get the boat up on place. Just wondering if that is normal or not?

sorry I meant on plane. yes when I get up to speed everything just doesn't read at all until I slow down.

Sounds like you need to adjust your transducer positioning. It needs to skim the water surface when driving at high speeds, and there is lengthy installation instructions in your owner's manual. Generally, if it is not spraying any water then you need to lower it down, and if it is spraying a lot of water then you need to raise it up.

Uncut Angling ok I just raised it up a couple days ago and it's still happening. Where it was b4 when I take off to get at high speeds the transducer would pop up in the bracket from the force of the water

hey uncut! im super excited for ice fishing season, so how do I get the most bites on a slender spoon? I have no idea how to use a lure on the ice. ive only used nightcrawler on a jighead before

start the spoon right on the bottom then make it flutter four times by lifting the rod tip and dropping it a few inches then lift up 1-2 feet higher, flutter the spoon four times then pop it up high once and work it back to the bottom and repeat
