I just wanted to say thank you. We’ve never met but you taught me to fly fish. Have been spin cast fishing most of my life but after watching your videos decided to give fly fishing a shot, and I fell in love with it instantly. Your videos are appreciated, and the information very informative. I’m now tying as well so those videos are great too. That sneaky pete is by far the best smallmouth fly. We used it lots on Little River lake is Nova Scotia in late June when the dragon flies are mating.

He said that he can't afford them so hasn't fished them much. If you watch Pat's video on smallmouth flies they are on the list. He ties his own.

Quick question, what is the correct setup to use a Clouser Minnow on? I have an intermediate sinking line, Brian mentions he doesn't use clouser's with an intermediate or sinking line...I guess my question is: WHY?
