Thanks so much for this video I first had problems to close it again, so it was not useful to take somewhere, your video really helped me with this problem.
The camera app should be open for it to work. Hope you got it working by now. Although I noticed when it’s idle for a long time, sometimes it disconnects so you have to just pair it again.
Are you going to use it like a tripod? Lift it up first in 90 degrees position then rotate the cellphone holder to the opposite side then raise it up. It’s hard to describe here. Had the same issue the first time I was using it. I’m sure you’ll figure it out.

Just long press the button on the remote controller then green light should begin to flash indicating pairing mode. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings then connect/press SmallRig ST20 Pro. Hope this helps.
