All Lana always wanted, was a man who would be honest with her. Whitney was a secret jerk that took life changing (and ending) decisions without consulting her Byron was a secret admirer but also a mutant from a science experiment Clark was a secret super hero from another galaxy Seth was a secret lover who was messing with her brain to make her love him Jason was a secret spy sent by her mother to steal some stones from her Adam was a secret zombie sent by Lionel Luthor to spy on Clark Lex was a secret super criminal who manipulated her like a puppet Even her father was her mother's secret lover who wasn't man enough to choose his daughter over his selfish wife...
@ TheNyxmaster I agree with all your points however I would just like to point out that Lana’s continued pestering to get Clark to open up was one of the many reasons why he never did. She should have given him space and allowed him to “open up,” on his own terms. Men don’t share with in their hearts. It’s been that way since time began. TBH Lana has never really known what she’s wanted. She’s up, she’s down, she’s sideways, she leaves, comes back, I’m like girl make up your damn mind hell! ❤️❤️😂😂
@@clairemendoza8082 nice comment. But I think that you are still too hash on Lana. She gave Clark 8 years to open up... yes she was up and down, because she loved only one "man", but he was never really commited until she knew her real identity, she tryed to leave him be, but HE kept coming back to her and as she loved him, she couldn't be fully in love with anyone else... only destiny asked her to sacrifice her love for Clark to save many lives, as Clack would have done and tought her. Even then, it's clear that she loved him way after that. And if I may add something : Clark is not a man... he's Superman and so, super complicated for a young woman
@@TheNyxmaster Yeah I do see your point. Rewatching the show now for the first time in a decade and I'm loving it. I liked Lana and Lois but my favorite character besides Clark was always Chloe. I feel she's a bit ignored in the fandom. I know she had her irritating moments in 1-3 but she really became a huge confidant for Clark after she discovered his secret thanks to Alicia. I sympathize with Chloe because it must be so hard to love someone so much and they don't return that love the way you want them to. The writer's biggest error in this show I think was dragging out the Clana drama and then she marries Lex. UGH! They had amazing moments for sure. When I was watching the show on the air I always pictured Lana dying young like her parents. I don't like seeing characters die but maybe Clark would have accepted his Kryptonian heritage a lot sooner had that happened. I always pictured Lex killing Lana. Just a thought.
When she mentioned Clark you could see the affection and love in her eyes. She still loves him. Always have and always will no matter what. But a few episodes earlier she tells Adam whatever that was between her and Clark is gone. Clearly not judging by this scene.
Missed opportunity to cast Ian as a seasoned Dick Grayson on Titans. I don't like Brenton's portayal he has no charisma unlike Ian and what he could of brought to the role. Just like I prefer Justin Hartley as Oliver Queen/GA over Steve Amell. Steve's a cool guy in person just wasn't a fan of his interpretation.
