Thanks so much for this video ,I was getting so frustrated with the cheap smart watch I bought and was just about to send it back and splurge on a more expensive one. This helped tremendously!

This is the first Fitbit I have used. It has some new features ru-vid.comUgkxbkrje8Y7BaqRkAjimw-55ajvVo7RbcIp and I like the information that it gives me.I think the phone app could be designed to be a bit more accommodating, as it can be confusing to use. The rubber band is comfortable, and normally I do not like rubber bands for my watches, but this is comfortable.I am looking forward to seeing if this helps me stay accountable in my fitness endeavors!My only gripe is the box was very damaged when it arrived, however, the tracker is performing perfectly!

It helped me a lot and I was able to fix a couple of my Chargers too. Now I understand why my phone's wasn't charging up very well because they wouldn't get any good enough connection. But I love the part whenever it finally hit him what he was saying, and most of us understand and don't have to be towed not to do that while it's plugged up in the wall... but, there are a certain few & few too many.... and he knows- just like we all know, that they're out there watching the same video that we're watching and about to electrocuted themselves. We all know one or two of them personally. Bless the hearts, they all the reason that Red Bull has to put a disclaimer on the bottom of your screen during the commercials to let everyone know that it doesn't ACTUALLY give you WINGS when you drink it!! I can hear it in his voice... he was probably thinking the same thing... LOL... but thanks a lot dude, I'm looking forward to trying this watch out tomorrow morning instead of being on the phone trying to get it sent back. At least fingers crossed I am, it's charging good now. Thank goodness and thanks a lot. I'll be back to figure out how to work it tomorrow!

I took your advice and opened up the metal contacts with a small screwdriver. I plugged it in and the fit bit started to charge. Thanx I recommend this procedure before doing a refund.

Have to say it helped me - took a chance on a VeryFit yesterday. Didn't know how to charge it, found your video. I have a good USB charger, nice and tight, inserted correctly (no questions thanks to your video) and it doesn't vibrate or do anything at all, so reasonably certain it's trash.

I have an old unused in the box model that was given to me for free. Came back to edit my comment because you helped me figure out that I had taken of the wrong side of the strap!!!!👏🏻👏🏻in the instruction pamphlet it has a diagram showing that you remove the strap with the holes in it so I thought that was the only side that comes off, haha! I was trying to charge the side without the metal prongs😂😂😂 Watches you video and went to find the other strap indeed comes off and there are metal prongs🎉 now we're charging!!!❤️ Thank you!!!

You made everything clear, and I can see why you do need a tight fit. Since it is 5V. can you just plug into a computer, and I realize that it also can be a loose fit as well. Mine didn't vibrate but then again it is not fully charged. The instructions that come with the band are not particularly good and everything is so small that you need a decent magnifier to even read it. The band's lighting is good but as time goes by, I will see how it will work give a better impression. I am surprised that it so cheap in price, unlike the Apple watches. If it will do what it says in the instruction, then it is worth the price. Disconnecting the watch band itself hasn't been and a lot of pressure had to be exerted to pull it apart. It is also very easy to plug it in wrong the first time, like I did and after 2 hours, I wonder why it didn't charge. I thought that the band was missing the charger.🙂

I would add that even if you have pretty new chargers you may still have issues with the damn thing making contact. I tried it on several chargers and it wasn't until I got the newest best quality one and kinda held it just right that this work.
