Ronaldo flops a lot. I see a ton of people complimenting his personality and mentality, but I don't see what is special about Ronaldo. He throws a lot of fits and tantrums.
@@rickybobbylarge1059 i mean your kinda wrong because if haaland really hit the knee he would have fallen earlier, tbh if i slipped and fell i would just tell the referee, the truth sets you free!
For those who are better informed, have the "new" rules punishing simulation post hoc (i.e. multi-game bans assessed on video evidence after the game is over) in English football I read about had a significant, articulable positive impact on the culture of taking dives? If it was properly implemented and not just an empty threat, I can't imagine it NOT having a significant effect on player conduct and club training. If it has...are other leagues following suit? If not, why?
1:09 is wild. The clear dive, the smug little wink he does at the keeper, and then the equally smug little dance he does when he scores. Yet another reason why I hate that man
If this keeps up football isn’t gonna feel genuine, penalties are gonna be given in crucial games that shouldn’t have been which is gonna make fans really upset
So many of them are world class players, the best in their business. They really don't need to do that, they could solve such situations technically. And especially in times with the VAR it's sad to do that. Also they're a bad example for younger players...
I feel like the turf that the players play on is causing them to fall and when the ref don’t notice it, it’s a penalty or free kick. Then someone will get a card.
7:15 I think it was penalty, the defender lost the position and hit him with the arm in the neck and although it can't be seen, he also hit his legs which made him trip. HOWEVER he tried a lbit too hard to sell the foul to the ref, and it's hilarious
This is why I hate Haaland, he dives for a penalty and mocks the opposition with a smile saying something like I didn’t do anything 😅 he does it more then once too
6:06 even though i'm a barca fan i feel bad for pepe, i watched the replay and pepe did not hit alves, pepe shouldn't have gotten the red card. if it was in present time alves would have gotten the yellow card due to var, if pepe really hit alves he wouldn't have spun like that!
5:23 I don’t think this was a dive because he genuinely had to jump to dodge the goalkeeper in that situation so it would’ve been a penalty either way imo
