Using CC's for travel rewards is ONLY for people who are in the position to use it for regular expenses they already have. If you need to spend money you weren't already spending or spending and not paying full balance each month, they definitely do NOT make sense. Thank you, love your channel :)
In 1990 I took advantage of the companies 401K matching fund, I only worked there for less than two years, this many years later that 401K is worth a pretty penny.
@@kellycarter2497 mine & my sister's as well, but keep in contact with the company to make sure they are still in business. I'm sure they have been overwhelmed because of this God-awful virus.
This a great plan however it is NOT free - transportation and embalming will still cost around $2000 (just went through this with my father) - a scientist who planned to donate since the 80s . there are restrictions such as obesity and infectious causes of death.
@@aliciamarion6228 DANG! Thanks soooo much for the heads up! I will investigate this. I signed up with Life Quest Anatomical, LLC. Also I'm sorry for your loss. 🙏
Love your info! Regarding insurance comparison shopping, people should first talk to their agent to see if they can earn a better rate. As an insurance producer, I have seen many people have increased rates due to the tier system used by most insurance companies. Also, when people do you shop around, they should compare apples to apples, because coverage can greatly vary.
Avoid buying clothes that require drycleaning. Cotton clothes may be best for your skin but a tiny percentage of Polyester can help keep the color in your clothes jeans may look good faded ,other itens definitely don't. Look for clothes that don't need ironing saves you time and electricity. Swap shoes or clothes with relatives my mom used to buy shoes break them in and I would wear them after when they would be nice and comfy since my feet are a tad larger but not longer. We'd exchange clothes so we had more items to choose from. If you are single you can boil an Egg in the waterkettle faster and cheaper than on the stove It works for the rice in bags as well. Buy items you use daily bulk when they are on offer ,I do this with Sky milk all the time and pay full price maybe twice a year for 2-3 cartons or turn to a cheaper brand till the next offer comes along. Don't carry excess weight in your car to save on fuel. Make a list of things you need in the near future like cat litter or shampoo but are not yet out of and buy when a coupon comes around. Keep posting good advice you-all Greetings from Germany 🌸
Automatic withdrawal of a preset amount with each payroll....doesn’t have to be a huge amount of money but if you don’t see it then you won’t miss it. At the end of the year this collected amount of saved money is then redirected to an RRSP or TFSA ( canadian savings accounts) or other savings like stocks or mutual funds.
If you are planning on getting cremated pay for it now and arrange everything. We have cards in our wallet and all they have to do is call the number on the back.Costs will go up and it’s one less thing your kids need to worry about. I also made a list of all the people to call and their phone numbers upon our passing. If you have a safety deposit box get your kids signatures on the card at the bank now and tell them where you keep the keys at home. I bought a simple spiral notebook and put all the info they will need about accounts, numbers to call ,account numbers etc. it is in the safety deposit box and they know all about it. They were very appreciative.
I've never understood why some people think it's rational to say the same amount in emergency fund is the necessary amount for anyone, regardless of their situation. Doesn't make sense to me because there are so many variants to consider.
It is a beautiful color. It is the right shade of purple with a gray undertone. I found so many where either too blue or too pink. The name is Twirling Girl by Sherwin Williams.
