How fault was detected ?

The fault is detected by energy monitoring of streetlights (there is an utility energy meter inside the CCMS panel). When energy is detected to go below a threshold, then it is said to be a fault. The Streetlight is connected to CCMS Panel. The consumption of streetlights is monitored by the Smart Streetlight Controller in the CCMS Panel. Thus, the fault / healthiness of streetlights is determined.
