I can appreciate all the years of experience this man has under his belt to be able to produce that so naturally and efficiently while making it look easy too. Nice work and beautiful table.
not adding glue between many of the smaller parts is a mistake. id even use fine sawdust in the glue to make it a lot stronger and fill out eventual voids
Also, the diamonds were placed on a base board, which can be seen clearly from the sides. Maybe it could have been done with a lip, so that is not seen. I think it is amazing, but if you are going to all that work, then why skip these critical areas... Maybe to get people to post and therefore be more valuable to the channel. I hope that is the reason why I made this comment. I personally have no business at all critiquing someone elses art. To each their own, and I am not the judge. I just thought maybe he was hoping we would speak on it, so I did. That bottom backer board or base, whatever it is called, just threw it off for me. It needs a lip, a hangover... an edge ... something so it does not look like it was glued onto something else. I mean, those diamonds could have been glued up with no base, no problem.
@@agnusdei2862, if you have nothing respectful to say, shut up. You can see the gentleman is working with tools that can easily take off fingers. They're only expressing concern for his safety. Yes he is experienced, but safety is for everyone. Now go sit in a corner if you're gonna continue being rude, thank you.
