What happens if you have program a and b to run the same night. Will it turn the zones on the same time or will it run program B after program A is done running Program a to start at 1 AM B is to start at 2 am. Lets say I have 5 zones 1 hr run time each zone so total run time on A is 5 HR Program B will have zone 4 and 5 only . Will they run the zones at same time or stack it and program B will run after program A finishes. What I am saying will program B start 5 Hrs after program A finished even thought it is programmed to run at 2 AM one hour after program A starts.

Placement of the weather station, automatic override of zone run times, how to measure and enter the precipitation rate for each zone, does the amount of the deficit determine when the next water day will be or does it follow the day of week, odd/even days, or number of days setting, how does warm turf, cool turn, shrubs, and trees setting affect automatic run times.

Greetings! Yes, there's a feature called "Grow-In" program. Hopefully the instructions below will be helpful: Grow In allows you to set up a new landscape grow-in watering program that will automatically expire after a set number of days that you select. At the end of your selected grow-in period, the controller will automatically retrieve your long-term watering program to avoid the necessity of having to return to the controller. Step 1: Set up your long-term SMART or BASIC watering program. Step 2: Go to Advanced Menu and select DEFAULT. Press NEXT and STORE will appear on the display. Press NEXT again and wait several seconds. The display will show COMPLETE to confirm that you have successfully stored your program. Step 3: Set up your temporary Grow-In program. Step 4: Go to Advanced Menu and select GROW IN. Press NEXT once to view default days for grow in. Use Adjust Value buttons to select 1 to 99 days for the grow in period. At the end of your grow in, the controller will automatically retrieve the long-term program stored in Step 2. Return dial to Run.
Hello, is is it normal that after I set up program A and program B with zone run times and days added, if I go back to Run, only prog A is indicated on the display, program B is not?
The instructions are non-existant if you want to program this device to do anything beyond the very most basic programs. When calling the company, there is nobody to answer. Leave a message? Don't bother, nobody will call you back. We tried that 2 times. Email? Their response was that it was simple but they can't be bothered to help you. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you are are computer programmer.
