You can basically teach dogs any trick with treats actually! Hold a treat in front of your dog and make it walk to its toy, tell it to pick the toy up and put it in the box and feed it the treat. Do this many times and always remember the treat.
Daniel Dougan Maybe dogs can be taught to operate home security cctv systems and gas detectors. They can also work as delivery dogs (good walking endurance) or as peanut farmers (good digging skills).
This guy may regret teaching his dog how to go shopping... One day this dog will learn how to use a credit card to shop online and max out all his cards buying all the dog treats he wants :)
haha I got the reference... wait What if there was a dominant doggo leader which one day will rule over the Earth with an Iron Paw It would be the end of the Human Race. It would be Armageddon... OH NO DOGMAGEDDON SCREEEEEEEE
Sianna Scale we have a security camera in tbe back garden and a sloped garden our dog would put it at the top wait 5 seconds for the ball to roll then fetch it
These are so great. The hiding lab, lol. He gets the concept of “go hide”, but doesn’t see the point of staying behind the plant once she is done counting, lol, lol. Animals are just the greatest. The dog picking up his/her own toys is brilliant. I wish we all got that excited to pick up messes. They are all so great. ❤️🐶
My dog can do the opposite. She knows where we keep her toys so she goes and pulls stuff out of the basket. She can also open our sliding door to the backyard and has a pretty decent vocabulary. We didn't teach her most of the words, she's just figured it out from context... However, she's also run through our screen door 3 times
Jacky Ruiz I believe it was abused to do that, my dog was abused before we rescued her and whenever we watch her eat or something she looks at us with pleading and sad eyes asking if she can or not and any small movement makes her flinch in fear. If you look at the dog it has fear in it's eyes and is wondering if it is allowed to or not. You might notice the owner maybe get a bit upset at the dog if you heard him slightly yelling at him to put it into the basket. I lay be wrong though but that's my thoughts
321 bug no need for abuse to learn dog trick and if he is scared of you someone hit him for sure.I learned variety (dogs, pidgeons, parrots, bunny, goat, pig and even cat)of animals tricks.Never need to hit or hurt any of them.If animal love you and respect you it will try so hard to learn what makes you happy.
...321 bug, what happened to your dog before you got her was horrible but not every dog has to have been abused to act like the one in the video. Not to mention that the dog in the video looks to be a Border Collie, which is the smartest breed of dog and could be taught to do this rather easily with enough training. She was asking if she could have what she was carrying, kind of like a young child. It's also perfectly normal for an animal, abused or not, to become upset when shouted at, even slightly.
The Great Dane at 6:38 was awesome! It figured out how to operate the latch for the gate, that's great. But then it went back, put the latch down and tried to close the gate, as if trying to make it look like the gate was closed and locked securely and he's just a great jumper. XD smarty dog is an understatement!
Alice Rayne I have yet to see a door my Dane cannot open. Regular, sliders, latches, car doors, even electric garage doors with push button. Smart! But gives me anxiety LOL
That dog was cleaning like *I GOT 21SECONDS TO GO I GOT 21SECONDS TO GO I GOT 21 SECONDS BEFORE MOMMY COMES HOME AND STARTS SHOUTING LIKE A HIPPO* Xd lol dog are great I have 2😂🤣😝❣️
I hage lots 😯 some if them are so hyped i have 3 dobermans 2 american bull dogs 2 huskys 2 german shephards they are nearly having a pup four cats 4 goldfishes 2 golden retreivers and 2 puppies we rescued they are a dalmation and the other one is a choclate labordator ik alot
Our Cocker Spaniel would "play" fetch along with his golden lab mix friend....except when the tennis ball was thrown, the moment he got to the ball 1st he would walk away with the ball and hide it.
My Link does this in his yard. The others don't like to play with the ball. The dog yard is sloped, so he'll run to the top of it, set the ball down, and then run back and wait for it to roll into his mouth.
Doggo: LOOK I CAN FEED MY SELF HOOMAN! cats*not impressed* watever Doggo: I WAS NOT ASKIN YOU and thats why cats and doggos dislike each other....... And yes i did like my comment
One dog in my family is named Monte. He is SO SMART. One time, he used his nose to open the pantry from the small crack, dragged a bag of pig ears across the hall to the laundry room, then ripped the bag open and started eating them. Another time, there was pocky in my lunch bag. To open it, the two zippers are connected but a strip of fabric. He ripped the strip, unzipped one side, and ate the pocky.
I'd hate to be a bother but I made a video about dogs and it'd be awesome if any of you guys took a look at it and told me what you think! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-f1ZOA13W8o8.html Thank you
Actually dogs smile all the time, its just less obvious (for us humans anyway) since their mouth has a different shape and is not as articulate as our lips. If you conciously look for a smile in the corners of the mouth next time you see a happy dog I garantuee you can see it. Dogs aren't exactly good at masking their emotions :p
If i tell my dog to clean the house she will mess everythings, then when i scold her she look at me with her angry face and i need to go to her to play with her.
VishamJems Shibalak You know if you teach her that if she makes a mess you will feel bad for her and you will play with her. That's teaching her bad manners and she will continue. You need to make her feel bad because of the mess she has made
VishamJems Shibalak when I told my dog to clean her toys up she would pick them up one by one and put them in her basket, now she can’t really hear so she doesn’t do it anymore.
