Suna Yi Shield breaker is reactable so it's really not a good option.

Marth Shieldbreaker is faster than people think. I agree, he should try it more. If you miss, well you may be punished, not that hard actually (depend), if you get it... oh god... just hope you are not at 20% or more.

I would treat it as a rare mix up like counter and throw out 1-2 per set. If you get it it's most certainly stock and it may make your opponent uncomfortable staying in shield as much. If you don't spam it like crazy (Mistake Witchtime) it can be used for ridicolous early kills.

Shield Breaker is frame 13. Not reactable unless it's charged, in which case a frame 3 roll is the only evasive option.
