Smashed a Landscaping Customers Car Window? How Do You Think We Handled It? 

We specialise in car dealerships and new vehicle storage yards... do the majority of those in our city. As you can probably imagine, this is a fairly frequent phone call I receive from our teams! We built a great relationship with a premium glass company, and our jobs are always given top priority, and done at unbelievable rates. The owner of said company also doesn't pay for their home yard maintenance though, of course. They always offer but we refuse, that relationship is worth so much more to us.

Facts! That happened to me with a house window and a slider door

I broke sprinkler head last week the client advised me I fixed it a day later now I'm maintenancing both of there properties 😂🎉

I was weed whacking a ditch and a driver pulled up and started screaming at me saying my weed whacker hit her window with something. I was cautions with what I said. I said that I would turn it into my insurance company. I turned it in, talked to the company and the insurance company denied the claim. The insurance company said they get these claims all the time from people looking for a free window and there was no proof that I was the person who did the damage. The person was extremely pissed, and I kept saying to file a claim with your insurance company and I kept hiding behind my insurance company for protection. But when I am at a customer's house, and something happens, I will usually take care of it before I even tell them about it. And when I tell them about it, and it is fixed it is no big deal. My lawn mower got into a fight with an inground spotlight. My lawn mower won!!!! lol I went to Menards and bought a replacement light. When I presented it to the customer and explained what happened his reply was "Oh you didn't have to do that. I have like 10 more in the garage. But thank you for taking the time, admitting to it, and replacing it like a gentleman". He is still my customer. I am also doing better, walking with a cane, and I can ride a bicycle!!!! I remember I smashed my very first conservatory window with a strimmer got it repaired "That was the last window I ever smashed".
