Event: 410th Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun

The 410th Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun was a fantastic event, blessed with perfect running weather and a vibrant community spirit. Runners, joggers, and walkers gathered at Marine Parade East, ready to tackle the scenic 5k course that winds along the beautiful coastline.
The course, a mix of tarmac paths and shingle, offered a picturesque view of the Solent, with the sound of waves providing a soothing backdrop. Despite some sections being slightly muddy from recent rain, the participants were undeterred, showing great enthusiasm and determination.
