Smashing some big throws with the 1kg Discus 

hi, congratulations on representing NT. These aren't going too far, the biggest would be about 28m. The 1kg is too heavy for me to throw properly.

@@joethrows9427 yeah that’s very good I know when I try throw heavier weight I can’t get my hands around them properly which I’m a bit concerned about going to u 18 on the upcoming season

So I’ve just changed to the 750g from the 500g. My best in training is 36.10 and the best I’ve done in a comp was 34.69 at my school zone comp a few weeks ago. Hoping to hit 40m by the end of the year 🙂

@@B1G_B65 hi, yes I do throw some shot put. I’m better at discus so I only really train that. I still make it to state for shot put but I’m a fair way behind the best throwers. I will make a shot put video and you can give me some tips 🙂

@@joethrows9427 oh I'm still learning shotput, like the spin and stuff so I can't give the best of tips🤣

@@B1G_B65 so I did a short session throwing the shot put. I did rotational and it went pretty good. The video is now up on my channel 😁
