This looks so amazing, I'm going to try this tomorrow! I've been seeing those long peppers starting to appear here in the markets in Paris and I've been looking for a recipe idea to try using them, this looks perfect. Even better, I just discovered a deli that sells fresh lavash and also the red pepper paste which I'd never even heard of before I started following your recipes. Can't wait to see how it turns out. I think I'll use some fresh dill as well as parsley, maybe even a few mint leaves too. Thanks for sharing your great recipes, you're so patient when your special "helpers" seem to want to bother you just the moment you start filming. Don't give up trying to get the kids to taste these foods, my parents persisted with us when we were fussy kids and it worked in the end. Now I love all kinds of ingredients, and all kinds of cuisines beyond just the Italian and French food I grew up with. Thanks!

There is one thing I don't understand. How can you cook with tomatoes, salsa, red pepper paste, oil etc, in a white dress so it stays white? My clothes are always soaked through with oil and vegetable sauces when I am cooking! :) The dish looks fantastic, I have to try it.
