You Need To Have A Contrasting Thumbnail That Creates Intrigue (For Example, Instead Of Revealing The Entire Plot Of The Video, Highlight Tye Main Point That Summarizes The Video). Then, Once The Plush Video Starts, Provide Value Right Away, Instead Of Having Intros Or Subscriber Messages (Leave Those For The End). If You Also Keep Your Story Engaging, People Will Watch Until The End. 👍 Hope This Helps!
