Saw the trailer to this movie while I was watching TOP GUN MAVERICK with my dad, and I thought to myself,"What a creepy film this will turn out to be." And it was, it recieved positive reviews by Critics and made $212 million dollars against a $17 million dollar budget.
I loved this movie it was a good blend of Psychotic and Jumpscares and I thought the cast did a really great job in this and I found the story interesting
I said the same shit at the end. Like why you going to stand there and watch her open up this box of matches. I would have turned right around and walked the hell out
Annoyed me that she didn't fully tell him everything, he coulda saved himself. Or it could've died with her idk. That being said; they might resolve it in a sequel.
I feel that this movie definitely falls into the just because they could they shouldn't make another movie category. Because it shows the cycle will continue an keep on going wich is scary. It will never truly stop but an other movie would have to explain some things an remove some of the mystery that makes it scary. Then it would be less scary because you know more an know more of the rules. So one an done is perfect for these kinds of movies because it introduces a character or entity. That you really can't defeat because it's a because it's an entity that is physical in a way. Meaning it exists in our dimension but outside of it at the same time but also exist in people's minds. That's a scary concept if any thing like if it affects groups for only one person or if anything's explained. It would subtract form it in this case it's a case of the less you know the scarer it is. Because with creatures and entities the less you know the scarer they are like with killers they are more scary. When you don't Know why they do what they do or why they kill who they kill. With some exceptions like Art the Clown non spoiler but once you understand his motivation. It makes him way scarer an what he does even more messed-up up. Like for example Michael Myers in the original Halloween he is just stalking and killing people. No real reason is given that's what makes it scary in this movie the entity feeds of of trauma. So it continuously spreads drama to feed off of the less you know the scarer they are. Now non spoiler but Art the clown once you understand why he does it. That makes him why scarer an even more messed up because you know he's never going to stop. So in rare cases knowing the motivation makes the killer or creature or entity scarer. In other cases it makes it less scary. Like for example it's okay to just know enough like in this movies case. The entity feeds off of trauma so it continuing spreads trauma to feed. Knowing the details of how it does it would make it less scary. Michael Myers from the original Halloween it's scarer when he is stalking and killing random people. The rare occasions non spoiler like Art the Clown you have to see an understand exactly why he does what he does. To truly understand how much of a monster so to speak he is. This is why Knowing to much about a killer or creature or entity. Can make them less scary non spoiler for any thing just speaking in general. If something or someone does it to feed Knowing exactly how it hunts an gets its food makes it less scary. Because the not knowing means it can come out of any whare. If something or someone kills certain people and not others. Knowing what makes them target certain people makes them less scary. Now if someone or something does horrible and unspeakable things to people. Knowing why they do it can make them scarer sometimes. Like for example if that person or thing only does it because they find it entertaining to amuse themselves. Like for example you watch movies for fun for that person or thing there version of watching a movie. Is basically doing horrible an unspeakable things to people just for fun. They have a choice to do it or not but they like doing it that's their entertainment. That's the only time knowing more about the killer or creature or entity makes it scarer. Because you know they are never going to stop because they are doing it because they love it. It's not something they have to do its something they enjoy doing for fun. So that's I think a good break down of when knowing more about a killer or creature or entity. Is a good thing an when it can be a bad thing. Now since Drew talked about advertising and things for the movie. On the RU-vid channel Film Courage they did a video on TV shows and movie trailers and commercials. It turns out that the writers and directors don't actually have any thing to do with any of it. Entirely new people make the trailers an commercials for it from images an clips of the movie or TV show. Usually with no notes from the directors or writers. Then they try to make a educated guess about what the movie or show is about. From the random images an clips they got that's why sometimes in a trailer or commercial you may see something that's not in the movie or show. Because the people that made the trailers an commercials don't know what is going to be used or not used in the movie or show.
If I was honest-to-god convinced that I was being haunted by some sort of spirit or entity, the first thing I'd do would be trying to get in touch with some sort of priest or medium. I wouldn't just tell the first person I ran into because they'd obviously think I was crazy.🤪🤪
Great reaction as usual guy Dallas' reactions to the upside down scenes was funny lol lol..By the way hope u guys get to watch & react to M3GAN that's a good movie ya will enjoy it.
You guys should watch What Lies Beneath (2000) Starring Harrison Ford and Michelle pfeiffer what a great horror/thriller/supernatural film Funfact Scary movie 2 Did Two Famous Scenes From What Lies Beneath but one scene was deleted and that was the bathroom scene and kept the other one when cindy was pursuing the professor and that was that famous Your Wife line from What Lies Beneath But imma recommend you guys this movie even tho some people never heard of this movie but seen scary movie 2
I watched this on paramount plus a while ago and the jump scares got me. And they got me again watching this! 😂😭 especially the one at 13:50. And I loved Dallas at 12:30 "Drew get it"😂😂 Y'all should check out the movie 'sick' written by Kevin Williamson (scream)
Hello Dallas and Donna I really want you guys reacted to Maniac 2012 slasher film about Elijah Wood being a serial killer, killing females, removing scalps and putting them on the mannequins , and talking to them in a creepy scarier terrifying tone and it's a good slasher film and warning to you by the way you might not gonna sleep again 😬😬👀👀🤗😊
Ion think Dallas would've survived this in 5 minutes I couldn't stop laughing at her, she's already crazy lol, but this movie reminded me of truth and dare a little because they had to pass it on to da next person
Hey if you guys are looking for another great movies series to react to I'd recommend The Matrix and John Wick both have Keanu Reeves in them and both are good
They green lit #2 after opening week becasue it did so well, the cop at the end is in #2 and their keeping the same director, screenwriters etc so should be awesomd
Loved this movie so much when seeing it in the theaters. One thing you need to understand is the moment he walked into the house after she was possessed he couldn't move because the demon made sure of it. He shouldn't have come into the house at all and then maybe he would have been safe. The actress of Rose is Kevin Bacon's real life daughter so that is interesting and this was the director's first film in the theaters.
Sosie Bacon is really cute and pretty in the movie and she's kevin bacon daughter by the way 🤗🤗😊😊 and the scene with her eating that cheeseburger 🍔 and munching eating that and I said slow down homegirl that burger ain't gone no where u good?? 👀👀👀
Can you please react Godzilla vs King Ghidorah 1991 movie? This is the third film which is part of the Heisei era. One of the classic Japanese Godzilla movies. If you want, you can watch the sequels that were released every year until the end of the story in 1995. This movie is a bit absurd and has direct references to the Terminator, but that's only in this movie. I'm asking you to watch this movie because it was my first classic Godzilla movie. Yes, this film is unlikely to impress with special effects. but I like this movie because of the fact that we see the other side of Godzilla, that he is not just an aggressive animal
24:02 Ima need you to nut up and never purposely cover your face again lol that defeats the purpose of reacting to horror! Dallas always talking big and bad😂😂😂. It’s alright, I still love y’all❤️💚😂. I saw this a few weeks ago at my parents and whew chileeee.

The concept of this movie is how people will never ever be able to overcome some specific mental health problems for how overpowered they are. People who don't struggle with or understand the theme of mental health will never comprehend the storyline of this movie. The plot is supernatural, so it's unnecessary to even mention it. The overall summary of Smile is that the movie is a metaphor, by using a demon, for how depression, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, trauma, delusions, hallucinations, etc. can never be defeated (these are the specific mental situational issues that I can list in my head that most of the time cannot be overcome for how weak the majority of human minds factually are). It's just dark incidents that inevitably lead to death, but whilst the victim is still alive, the dark experience never ends, more times than not the false reality they live in, conjured up by the broken mindset, will be forever eternal
