Finally it only took 5 years for the teuth to come to light how malpractice this whole company was. I worked for them and got wrote up for pointing out to customer how they were secretly signing NDA in the almost not noticeable terms and conditions button hidden at the bottom.

This doesn’t surprise me but I do think there should be more lawsuits and every customer should be paid for either not completing their service or for receiving poor to terrible service. I was one that received poor to terrible service. 😞

I am in the same boat. Apparently since we were making payments through an affiliate company we are obligated to pay which is bullshit.
