Here's a clip from our new interview with Canadian rapper, Smiley. He talks about the process behind making “Over the Top” with Drake, after their first song together, “Organization”, leaked. Smiley mentions that he was surprised when he first heard Drake’s vocals on the “Over the Top” beat, since he originally thought Drake was just sending him an instrumental. He then goes into detail about signing to Drake’s label, OVO Sounds, and how it changed his life.
