Dang you must have spent a lot of money on Smite. I've spent a lot but it sounds like you have me beat. After buying the founders pack it said I'm getting just under 200k legacy gems. How many are you going to get?

I have a little over 1600. Think I'm getting right at 200k legacy gems. I'm just excited for this next chapter in smite. Not bothered at all that they wanted to make smite 2. It's extremely rare for games to carry over things to a sequel and I never expected them to. What you see GGG doing with PoE 2 is an extremely rare sight indeed. I'm thankful for GGG doing what they are doing but I wouldn't have expected them to do the same either.

Smite is closer to dota than lol. I played both for years, and lol is scared to death of hybrid champs. They nerfed to the ground/changed the scaling on most abilities so it only has one stat to scale off of. In dota they did a whole overhaul and made many agility/str/int champs into universal, that means they scale from all stats or one of your chosing. Also the no class is like in dota, i played many carry champs as supports and worked really well. Add to that also the existence of the bounty runes on the map like in dota that gives gold

This feels like they are going with the Baldur's Gate 3 strategy. Let people play super early and throughout development so that when they launch the full game, it is super polished and well-balanced. Side note: I hope that the phrase int does not catch on. Call it intel or something like that. If you tell some smooth brain on your team to go int he will run into the enemy team and instantly die.

Incon will be with out a doubt your best tool to learn smite 2 and watch him, unless weaken is more your type but incon is more likeable and I love incons and lassiz friendship is cute 😊

Zeus change intresting, idk if I like it, but intresting, makes me thinking he is gonna be viable in solo, same ap or ad,teleports same idk if there is cooldown on them or you can spam it, if it is spammable, there should be i think more wards available for players or more ways to get vision, because of big potential for cheeky ganks and more of that type of plays

I like how fire giant and gold fury become a strategic choice. It's something that you basically have to plan for throughout the game. For example, if your team is just getting rolled in team fights, then you probably want to go for the fire giant to give your team buffs to level out the playing field for that final push. Now, if it's the other way around, where you're rolling the other team in fights then you're probably better off going for the gold fury so that you get a clear opening for that final push and it becomes a team versus team battle where you already know you have the team advantage.

As far as I know only specific skins will be moved over. I believe the ones being moved are “legacy skins” so that’s how you’ll know if they move over. Someone please correct me if wrong.

Unless they are cross gen skins no, the game engines are close to 10 years apart, it's not really possible to transfer all these skins over without taking a hell of a lot of time to remake them in the new engine

The issue with this item system is that the gods have not been designed with this type of system in mind. This is coming from someone who played League for over ten years and recently got really into Smite. There will undoubtedly be major balance issues.
