I’m nervous in a completely new way. I want you to feel the song. To feel her through it. I want to take you to that moment on the terrace when she first heard it. To describe to you how it feels to be thrown between hope and despair. I want to place you on my shoulder and have you experience the moment when she calls me on Skype while I’m in the studio. At first, it’s small talk. But by now she is unable to smile, and she says, “I promised to tell you when the day was not far away. I think it's time for you to come home now."
