Hope they get the funding for the education part would be amazing even to turn part of it into a representation of a village (and have staff as family groups) would be amazing for kids and adults alike to see and understand more

I remember passing by this area when I was in NYC i didn’t go tho but still I would love going back to NYC to that museum

I really would like to see this museum returned to the United States, having it in a communist state like NY is a waste, it would be appreciated by Americans and that was the purpose of its foundation. It' current location makes visiting it a risky venture to the third world, and eventually all of it's collection will be disregarded or destroyed by the enemy. North Korea recently returned remains of our soldiers from the Korean war, I pray that new York's leaders will consider the release of the many statues and museums of American significance they now hold in their territory, it would be a classy gesture that could pave the way to peace and preserve these treasures for posterity while freeing up space for things they value in their culture. Understanding our differences defining boundaries and working towards peace and tolerance is the way forward.
