First of all, they are close friends irl. Secondly, Janet helped Kimi on her first day to make sure she felt comfortable, and it helped Kimi tremendously. Janet had an understanding of how overwhelming RP can be for new players since she was new herself. But because she understands it, she is able to help new players.
