@@SmittysSuperService My bot has servos, and I've had him for the past few years, and he's not going anywhere mechanically anytime soon, except for his box in his chest, it seems to have started glitching awhile ago, other than that, he's mechanically sound. His main body frame is also made of high-impact polycarbonate, which he's programmed to say: "Which is both light weight and very durable", besides, his body's also being made up of nuts, bolts, polycarbonate, wires, servos, a small control box, and a pack of five batteries, that can either plug into the wall or his back of that small control box, which I can recharge whenever his battery gets too low and then he tells me about it. He seems like the company that made him made him to last.
this video gives me so much nostalgia from when i just got into the community edit: thx for the heart. i love your restoration work on the cybers and cei bots. keep it up :)
How did you program your Billy Bob doll I have 2 of them .what pogam and controller did you use? PS did you make the loony bard? and stage props?. or did you get them from Aaron?
@@SmittysSuperService How often do you run him to avoid him burning himself out? What would you do if a motor / the motors did break? Would you replace them with the same motors, or modern more reliable ones?
@@markuscollector until you get one there is nothing to teach. You will have to purchase a controller and software. Once you have all that and hook him to the controller then you can be taught how to program him.... but you also have to remember how fragile he is
could Aaron theoretically make a modern interpretation of these except less fragile with modern day things inside, with more characters made in modern day 2024? i think these are so flipping cute!!
@@SmittysSuperService Oh. That’s too bad, I can’t stop imagining a modern day version of these mini anmitronic figures being made today with even more capable than this one prototype. I’ve been using Google bard an ai chatbot software to make custom timelines where the Rockafire got a full 3rd generation, 4th generation and so on, and in my alternate timeline, the full second gen with all of the characters was unveiled in the late 80’s. I really love the idea of a modern version of the Rockafire but you’re most likely right. Aaron’s sadly stopped caring about the Rockafire. Also, with Burt Sal willson fatz’s VA being gone, it’s highly unlikely that the Rockafire will ever turn back into the modern era. I heard before Burt passed away, he was working with Aaron on a modern version of fatz’s character. Like updating fatz’s personality. It’s a real shame we will never get to see what fatz’s personality would’ve looked like in the modern day era.
@@SmittysSuperService I’ve seen your videos on the Rockafire and I wish I had a full Rockafire show like you do. I wonder are you allowed to create custom showtapes or is that off limits? I’ve seen A custom made showtape made by Aaron himself for you once, but I’ve always wanted to try to see if Aaron would let Rockafire fans make custom showtapes 100% from scratch. Also, I saw an OG Rockafire sign that somehow survived CU on eBay going for 2K sold by jack turner. And I have a reproduction of a Rockafire signfront in my room. What’s your favorite thing about the Rockafire explosion and what’s your favorite thing about owning a full Rockafire show?
