Thanks for THIS. I visited Krakow in July 2019. I went to the castle but never went to the cave below. My family is originally from that area. Krakow is one of the most beautiful city centers in ALL OF EUROPE. As an American, I love Poland with all my heart. Polska PRIDE!

A year or so after I completed this student animation I travelled to Poland for the first time and was able to visit Wawel Castle and of course the cave! A dragon sculpture that I purchased there is sitting on the window sill next to me in my studio as I write this. Next time you must visit the cave! Let us all hope that travelling will return to normal once again after this very turbulent time the world has been experiencing. Best wishes!

@@RareTelevision please do, as it would be a perfexct video for my polish language cleasses that i teach. Many of the other videos available online are either audio only, too complicated for younger kids, or too basic and uninteresting. Your video is perfect for that age 4-12 primary school age .
Thank you for your positive compliments@@travelinka3255 . Sadly, the narrator Longin Szymański, has now passed. He was a member of Mazowsze and later founded Young Mazowsze Polish Folklore Theatre in Perth, Western Australia. He was a family friend and I selected him to narrate due to his 'authentic' voice in addition to his knowledge of Polish history and folklore. This animation is now over 20 years old and was a student project. As mentioned in my description, the animation was rushed due to time constraints and there are several things that I could have done much better - including the creation of a Polish version! In hindsight I should have created both versions at the same time in order to match. My old website includes the English script that I used: www.andrzejb.net/animation.htm This version would have to be properly translated into Polish by a translator (rather than Google which is not always accurate). 📜 Unfortunately at the moment I am not personally in contact with anyone who is a 'native' Polish speaker. @@RareTelevision I understand. I might just have to do a p[roject with my students at some point (Melbourne Polish School), would love to use this video as a template. Its hard to find child appropriate videos using elementary modern polish (appropriate for students of polish as a second language / LOTE language). Perhaps even something to do as project in the years ahead with the dance groups here too, for when Polart comes to Melbourne 🙂
