“Are you kidding me, Aidan? You are so funny.” Love it when people are good sports about falling for harmless, non-destructive, non-invasive fun little pranks
Jesus Christ will come back soon and we don't have much time to turn to Him. He died for all of our sins so that we can be forgiven. All we have to do is accept Him into our lives and trust Him wholeheartedly. Nobody but Jesus can save your soul. This might be your sign so turn to Him today. He loves you
@@big_dad9465 2016 is NOT 7 years ago, 2011 is -probably 7 years ago.- wait what??? 2016 is actually 7 years ago??? bro i feel like this is from like 2011-2012, like 13 years ago (it feels like 9 tho)
Something I really appreciate about this is how it reminds me of the old RU-vid. No over the top, 5 minute intro explaining what you’re going to do, no music overlay, no annoying text to speech narration, no overdramatic reaction. Short and to the point
WWWWWWHATS goin on you guys, it’s your boy Aidan, and today we’re gonna pull a prank on my dad. I want to see how long we can make him search for a smoke detector that won’t stop chirping. He is going to go ffffffucking POSTAL. So before we get to the video, don’t forget to leave a comment telling me how YOU think we should fuck with my dad next, and don’t forget to SMASH that like button and ring the bell so you don’t miss the next video, and without further ado, let’s just jump into this thing. So first I’m gonna spend five minutes pretending that this is my first time trying to find the exact setting that sounds like a fire alarm chirp. Then, I figure if he sees the keyboard he’s gonna know immediately. So I took it to my friends over at Music&Shyt in Scarborough West Dakota, and they showed me how to hack into the keyboard’s firmware and isolate that tone. Once we had it converted to mp3, we made a 17 hour loop in Audacity, saved it to a micro SD card, and put it in this tiny Bose keychain speaker that I taped to the wall behind the curtain. I felt like I was hiding a nanny cam or something! But that would be an invasion of privacy, which brings us to today’s sponsor, NordVPN, because privacy on the internet is no practical joke. Use promo code pianoman at checkout to get 69% off your first week, and start doing illegal shit on the Internet without ever getting caught. And now back to the episode. So I thought we could keep my dad going for hours, but turns out, it was really easy to tell where the sound was coming from, so my dad found the speaker right away. But since we told him ahead of time that we were trying to make a viral video and we’d cut him in on the mad profits, he pretended to be pissed and chased me around the house yelling about how he’s tired of all the pranks for my stupid RU-vid channel. Anyway guys, that about does it for this video, thanks again to NordVPN and my homeboys at Music&Shyt for hooking us up with this sick prank tech. Don’t forget to follow me for lots more pranks, and if you want to see the full 45 minute video of me trying to find the smoke detector tone that’s up right now on my Patreon. I’m also streaming live on Twitch this Tuesday, playing the new Prank Simulator DLC pack which is gonna be super tight, and you can join the discord channel for a live AMA after the stream. So that’s about it guys, once again thank you for watching, click the links in the description, and remember, a prank on your dad is worth two in the butt. Peace!

Yes! I think it's been time to end people harrassing others and justifying it by yelling, "It's just a prank, bro." This hurt no one and both had a good laugh from it. Really wholesome.
@@gandalf9592I've nearly broke my nose, lost an eye and got a concussion from a few pranks, the rest just pissed me off! 10 year old me sitting there screaming in pain while everybody laughed. Fuck my family for that 😂 there's worse i wont get into those but I also hate suprise parties now
Yea there’re plenty of nondestructive but hilarious pranks 😆 like my cousins & I would hide a mini speakers in our parents’ couch and played My Little Pony songs on loop while they got confused
an actual good prank is shoving a tiny speaker behind the couch and put it in max volume then play an hour of silence occasionally broken by metal pipe
“You really are so dang funny Aidan” that should be something that all of the viewers, Aidan and Aidan’s dad all remember, it’s so wholesome, No 1 dad, keep making people smile
@@MeanBeanComedy aside from the fact that your trying to sound smart by using big fancy word™, gender-neutral pronouns are perfectly normal to use on anyone
This is insane, I liked this video a few weeks ago when it showed up in my recommendations. It had maybe 100 views and four comments or something? I was surprised it didn't have more. Now it's at 215k+ views and 24k+ likes wtf
My digital piano sounds kind of like the iPhone Blues ringtone so I sometimes play it on low volume to make my family think someone's getting called (still works even though none of us have that ringtone)
you could do one worse by every few hours walking out and pressing one of the high pitched keys which would convince ur parents that the smoke alarm is broken lol
LOL, not only did you prank your dad, but also my boyfriend. I was watching the video in our kitchen and he came in and asked where the alarm is coming from. 😂
This is so wholesome! The way he smiles at you and gives you a thumbs up when he notices you're recording despite being on the phone and looking for the fire alarm is just so sweet to me.
This woke up my dog, who spent several minutes barking before I could convince him to stop long enough to show him that it was the TV. 10/10, good prank
Love this. This is exactly what I hope we see more of on RU-vid in the coming decade, everything from the prank, to his wholesome reaction is just gold.
I'm sorry for your loss. It's amazing that you have good memories with him though, not everyone can say that. Just always remember that he loved you deeply and you were not only a huge part of his life but also a wonderful one. I'm sure he was proud of you and loved watching you grow. Just because he's not around doesn't ever mean you should stop making him proud. Always do what he wanted you to do 👍🏻 I hope life turns out well for you
@@Coolness01 Don't thank me for something so small. These are things that everyone deserves to be told. You need to remember how important you are. He was important too, but you're the next part of his entire legacy. It's your job to carry the torch that he dropped forward, sharing the same love and kindness that he showed you. In reality, your father isn't gone at all. He's part of you now. I apologize for the huge walls of text but losing family members really hits a soft spot for me. It's something that I wish no one else ever had to endure. Like I said before, I hope everything turns out well for you and I hope that something I said improved your overall mindset. Take good care of yourself. By doing that, you're taking care of a huge place in his heart and soul.
I expected the dad to start swearing about the useless smoke alarms and then swear at the person for filming the prank. That's what my dad would have done, but I'd still be laughing.
Thanks for sharing your dad with us because just seeing that interaction provided good feelings for so many people who didn’t get an experience like that. Out here benefiting others and don’t even know it.
I did this to my father a while back with the door bell sound. We had a neighbour who would frantically push the door bell whenever he came by, so I specifically mimiced that sound and it totally worked!! 😄He rushed to the door and called out his name in a sigh and said “Yes yes yes.. I’ll be right there..” He was understandably very confused and baffled when there was nobody at the door but he had a very similar reaction when I revealed that I played a joke on him so we both had a laugh and smile 😂 I also did a similar thing to my music band teacher back at boarding school but with the mobile interference sound that you hear in loudspeakers sometimes. We were supposed to have our mobile phones turned off during the class and he had a bad temper with these kind of things, so let’s just say he didn’t exactly take it in a good way.. I originally planned on revealing the joke but kinda got cold feet as I wasn’t sure if he would find it funny and could ‘take the joke’ or if he would get even more mad at me for pranking him and ‘disturbing the class’, so I ended up never doing so... 😅😬
Anyone else want pranks like this again. Simple and fun to the point that even the person getting pranked can enjoy them. I know I do. Such a funny gag. It was so heartwarming at the end when he smiled.
Wait, jk, I feel that sense of loss all the time, because my dad constantly reminds me of the narcissistic piece of shit he is. I'm glad, but a bit envious, that dads like this exist.
I wish RU-vid would have recommended this video to me sooner. When the person you pranked laughs along with you immediately afterwards, you know you properly understand the concept of pranking. Well done!
