In Europe the advice is not to wash chicken meat, to avoid cross contamination, and to cook thoroughly chicken meat. The same for pork meat. I this video the meat is thoroughly cooked, isn't it?

The paper in which it is being rolled doesn't look fit for food service, the guy is not wearing an apron or catering uniform....honestly, the list goes on. We can say that he is doing his best with little formal knowledge, but, even though I don't think much of Western fast food, there is no comparison with the hygiene standards you would find in a branch of MacDonald's.
