Good video! I'm in the same boat between my real work and hobbies. I just moved and picked up the pit boss vertical smoker and don't have any experience. This was helpful and appreciate the time you spent making it! lol love the trays also - I'm a huge fan of those for a variety of things.
Thanks! It's an extremely controlled heat when it's running because of the insulated panels. Cooked a ton of food on it and hasn't let me down yet! Shoot a video of your next cook and Let me know how yours turns out!
I actually have the same 2 Pit Bosses that you have and love them.Joined your family brother, looking forward to more. Maybe get you to join in on some collaborations, we have a wing one coming up for January. Peace.
I've also got a PitBoss Tailgater that I take to the lake or beach camping. Fire that thang up in a campground and everyone starts looking to see where the smell of the pecan smoke is coming from. Cooked bacon on it one morning and had to feed a crowd! Would love to do a collaboration! Thanks for the comment.
@@aquadalesmokebbq I'm putting a wing collaboration together, make wings however you would like and post a video between January 24th thru the 27th. Just post with the hashtag #januwings, Are you interested?
