In this video i'm going to share my smoked queso recipe!
Here's the recipe below:
- 3 Spanish chorizo sausages
- 1/2 a brown onion
- 12 slices of American style burger cheese
- 125g sharp cheddar
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 green jalapeno and then the same amount worth of red capsicum
- 1tsp coriander
- 1 tin of diced tomatoes
- Your favourite Mexican style seasoning (I just used my Steak Shooter rub)
This is smoked queso is such a quick, easy and tasty recipe, definitely a crowd pleaser!
