Smoked Rotisserie Brisket On The Mesa 400 Grill

Today we make an amazing smoked brisket on the Mesa 400 grill! The rotisserie kit sold by Monument worked great to make one of the most tender & juicy briskets I've had. And just because it's a propane grill doesn't mean we won't be using REAL smoke, a simple smoke box and some wood chips gets plenty of smoke into the meat as it cooks.
Cook your brisket at 250F for 40 minutes PER LB of meat.
Basic reasoning:
1 tsp (5g) of salt per lb
pepper to taste

You have an actual stand alone retro style calculator MAN alive I haven't seen one of them in 40 years!!!! Ahhh it reminds me of the days when a device was just what it was...A calculator was just a calculator....A phone was just a phone etc etc...

Found your channel from the leftover turkey vid! Would you ever be willing to make a vegetarian dinner recipe? One that incorporates zucchini? I’m not vegetarian, I just think vegetable based dishes can be delicious

Actually, the grain on a full brisket does not run the full length. The flat is as you stated (east and west), but the point is just the opposite (north and south).

I got nauseous halfway through and had to skip the rubbing bit. I'm not a fan of raw meat, but I still watched as much as I could bear.
