Trying some smoked sausages on the Pit Boss pellet grill. Still learning how to use this thing but really enjoying it. They turned out pretty good.

I think the P setting is only when you are in smoke setting mode then the auger will turn faster and slower depending on the p setting i think the lower the p setting the less the heat. If you google it there will be some answers.

What I do is… I try to keep my pit temp around 150 and get a smoke tube. Smoke at 150 for about 3-4 hours then put in an ice bath to stop it from cooking. Then to the fridge and or freezer. When cooking put back on pit at 275 and cook until internal temp of 160 Good to go
