Definitely looking forward to more videos. I’m in the middle of modifying a smoker for a friend. But my next one will probably be from scratch. Collecting a bunch of data to put into it. Thanks for sharing.
Yes I did. If you go on my other videos you can actually see how it’s made or even better if you go on my Facebook LV smokers there’s some videos and pics on there as well
Right on!!! For the firebox definitely 1/4 the thinnest I would go is 3/16. Anything thinner will start to warp. Same goes for the smoke chamber. Good luck on the build.
@@LVSMOKERS I’m building mine out of an old air compressor that’s in really great shape. I’m also doing the insulated fire box. For the air flow how far out did you make that second notch for the sweet spot?
Man I feel like I'm gunna get roasted here and it would be very well deserved if I do lol. Some constructive criticism is just upgrade the wheels to a more premium look. It is by a mile the coolest pit I have seen of that size! Never seen a tanker pit with a silver raw patina like that. Now I'm going to watch this video a few more times just to look at that pit more! You have a badass talent for sure and would give any of the top dogs in backyard pits a run for their money!
