Smokey, (a.k.a. El Schmokenwoofen, Noel Barkey, Tiny Shinos, Microwoof, Puppenwuff, Spiceywoof, Seniór Doggenwoof, Sir Barksalot, among other aliases) has sadly passed away peacefully at the ripe old age of 12.
He was by and large the strangest dog I have ever owned, but by far the one with the most personality. He was a staple of our silly videos, be he 'judging' Antweight Anarchy, pottering around in the background, or trying to sleep as we reacted to Doctor Who and Battlebots.
Most importantly he was always there to lend a paw during some very tough times in my life, be it sleeping at the end of my bed, lying next to my computer to tell me it was time for work, or waking me up at half 8 every morning to let me know it was either time for him to go outside or time to fetch the mop.
I will miss his handshakes, high fives, barks, and cuddles. It's hard to think I won't again hear the tinkle of his collar or patter of his paws on the floors, or that weird half growl half cough thing he always did. He may have been a small doggo, but his absence is already felt massively around the house.
Goodbye my friend. You won't be forgotten. 🐾
