Smokey Bear celebrates 80th birthday at Western Montana Fair 

Between rides, food and games at the fair in Missoula, people celebrated one more fun event: Smokey Bear’s birthday.
At the Western Montana Fair, organizers threw a party to celebrate the 80th birthday of the beloved icon.
Susan Granbery, a U.S. Forest Service fire prevention and education team member, shared Smokey’s story.
