Mashed Potatoes Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
6 cups of water (or enough to cover the potatoes)
4 tbsp chicken bullion powder, 3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 cup milk (I used lactose free milk)
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried chives
salt to taste
Chicken Ingredients:
2 large split chicken breast (with bone and skin)
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
