That looks a great festival and very well supported as well. Real good to see the whole family involved as well, especially the axe throwing, that looked really cool, cheers Alan
Oh, how wonderful! One of my ancestors settled near Maryville in the early 1800s, Old Jesse Kerr. It was great to see the scenery around the area while you videoed. I had no idea that there was a festival there at the college. Since I'm just across the border in North Carolina, I really must plan a trip for next year to the SMSF&G. Thanks for all your videos!
I have no idea why I get emotional every time I heard bagpipes! Here in the Orlando area we have the Highland Games Festival every year. They do all kinds of games. We got to throw axes! One of our friends entered the boulder race where they see how far each guy can carry huge boulders. Its so fun to watch all the games.
A great event. It is always great to see people getting into the spirit of the occasion. Great to see many wearing their kilts. Lots of events to see. Thank you for sharing Toby, awesome 👏
@@CowboyJojosAdventures We had an Irish event nearby (with two hours drive) three years ago but it wasn't very well organized. Mostly beer drinking and local musicians...Well then again maybe it was a good festival?! 🇮🇪🤣
Toby! In a word: awesome! This is the Super Bowl for kilted adventurers and Scotsmen everywhere. Loved it, bro! I hope that you and your family have a grrreat weekend. Peace and friendship,😃🙏💗 Mac (aka Macmurray)
@@noobslayer4206 I'll have to miss this year, but plan to make the Middle Tennessee Games. Please consider subscribing to the channel friend! Have a great week.
