This video always reminds me of how sad PMMM is... :'( Like how they should all be normal teenagers enjoying their lives, but they can't... *breaks down sobbing*
I know you said this 10 years ago, but to this day even as I'm no longer the age of these girls my mental state on this show probably consists of me slamming my fists down repeatedly and saying these kids deserved to be happy lmfao - still love it
The video is extremely symbolic. We see that Kyuubei's race is everywhere, and then appears Madoka as she encounters Kyuukei. Madoka befriends Mami, and Sayaka is pulled into the circle, Homura has no choice but to join in as they all subconsciously run away from Kyuubei's grasp. Kyouko is last to join in the struggle as they now realize that Kyuukei has trapped their souls inside a never ending loop. They all run together in a seeminglessly never ending loop, in which all loops end the same, none of theme realizing except Homura, as they all smile but her. I stop at 0;45, someone else finish the rest
0:45 -- It cuts to the beginning of the current timeline, where only Madoka, Sayaka, and Mami seem to be the good guys. Innocent of the past timelines, they take joy in the destiny of being called to be a magical girl. But that was all changed, and everything became much darker. Mami was killed, and Sayaka turned into a witch. So now we have Madoka, Kyoko, and Homura left. With the former two trying to bring Sayaka back, we seem to get more of a glimpse of the gentle girl Homura used to be, and ultimately her past that ties her in with everyone. In the last scene, we have Rebellion (REBELLION SPOILERS)(?) Everyone is back together. Kyoko and Homura are the first to be shown to realize something is wrong, followed by Sayaka and Mami. Ultimately, Madoka remembers who she is, and once again becomes Ultimate Madoka.
Luiakyn And at the very end, we see that Incubators are everywhere and they have bad intentions. It is dark again to show that these guys made a lot of suffering and despair. Which would make sense with Rebellion...
*SPOILER ALERT for those who haven't watch the anime* It starts off all so happy-go-lucky, with magical girls dancing, making it all look so fun...... until the last scene, with Kyuubey's eyes flashing in the darkness, a bad omen...... just like the anime.
