A little bit less cohesive of an album compared to Utopolis or Last Train Downtown(best works imo)- but I still like it, and quite like some of the songs. "Uber den Wolken" I actually think stands out amongst Smooth's entire discography.
Im pretty sure its from a film called Dark City. Shares many similarities with the Matrix but came out the year before. Great creepy atmosphere, worth watching =)
