It was just a pure improvisation :)

If u have been playing for years u might have learned about music theory and if not learn it first. After u have learned it there are pretty good videos on youtube about jazz improvisation. Try learning improvisation and improvise what u know to play and once u get the hang of it u can create your own jazz music.
