Hello brother, hope you doing just fine.. I tried this at home applying grease too in few days its working smoothly but after that there's a sense of rough touch in moving from first to second gear, what could be the issue?...
Tap it with hammer Spray wd40/kero/petrol If still unable to then try using allen key with 1/2 inch drive socket. It is bit costly but will allow you to apply much better torque. amzn.to/3golyVE
This thing actually works. Thanks a lot bhai.. I needed your opinion on few things. The mudguards of fz25 in the front wheel is really very poor. Going to office during rainy season is a pain as my shoes get smudged with mud. My question is... Will a belly pan help to reduce this? I have also ordered a front wheel fender from Ali express. Once it arrives I will fit and let you know if there is any improvement
@@cmrdecc6516 well I asked this question when there was no covid and heavy traffic in Bangalore, taking out a car and driving through MG road and Koramangala was a nightmare then.
Bro I'm facing a serious problem nowadays, the gear lever is getting to hard to shift from first to second. Sometimes I need to ride in first gear for some distance then the shifting is happening smoothly. What to do ? I have observed one more thing, in wet condition like after washing or on a rainy day, the gear shifting is happening smoothly. What to do brother ?
Hi, have uploaded the video on replacing rear brake pads ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kpqll5KMt30.html Front brake pads not yet required replacement, may be I'll open just to make a video on it. Currently there is no option to change the rear caliper however if I found some solution later on that i'll share it on the videos. At least you can try with steel braided hose which will increase the force applied on the pads. If you have any other request do let me know. Thanks!
I just bought an FZ25 ABS today. I'm unable to shift to neutral when the engine is turned ON (it's too hard). When the engine is OFF, I can shift to neutral easily. I also find shifting from 1st to 2nd gear a bit stiff. Is this normal and will it become fine over time or should I get it checked?
It is also present in old fz25. Adjust the lever freeplay it will help. Also it will get better with time. There is some internal adjustment as well which svc can do
Would like to get an video on clutch adjustment and mainly I Motul 7100 10w40(one if my friend told it's an ester oil, so will it damage oil seal or engine in a long run anyway..?) My bike is FZ25 (2017 blue variant )
Divyendu R I just bought another bottle of Motul 7100 and this time when i change it will make a detail video and will answer your question and address all the concerns. Long story short, no issues. Will make a video on how how to adjust all the adjustment. Thanks
This and clutch lever free play adjustment eliminates the problem completely. Just loosen the locking nut and play with the cable adjuster nut till you feel a smooth shift. Lever free play should be 10-15mm.
@द βiker बंधु you need to do what he has shown in the video and then look for "clutch lever adjustment" videos on RU-vid. Watching the video will be easier then reading the instructions
I've noticed that my engine doesn't start immediately if bike is started after some time of not running (first thing in the morning or after office). In the second attempt, engine starts . What could be the issue?
My fz25 gears don't shift 50% of the time when I'm still! For eg. If I'm in third or fourth gear while riding and suddenly stop, then I've to come down to first gear but it sometimes doesn't shift! I have to move the bike a little!
Yes what you said is correct and its normal. It happens in my FZ and on my friends FZ's as well. What you can to is, you don't have to move the bike, just release half clutch and you will hear kat sound then shift down gear, release half again then shift. Repeat this until neutral. This happens when you're on speed then suddenly press the clutch and slowed down the bike sooner. If you slowly close the throttle and reduce the speed progressively then doesn't happen. I'll share some riding tips and how to get best performance & mileage out your bike. Keep an eye on my channel for all those upcoming videos. Lots of good stuff coming in.
Release the clutch and accelerate slightly, it will slot into gear. Then you can change to neutral. This happens when the gear lever gets stuck in between two gears.
Initially I had very audible tic tic noise, after the recall service centre checked the cam cover and refitted the inner bolts with thread locker liquid and set the tapets but no feeler gauss was used as they get to know since they do it daily 😂. But the ticking and coin ringing sound and vibration in running was gone, but I still have the timing chain running noise after engine heats up and it’s just as much as in your video. I have done 5000 km is there any other solution or additive to fix this permanent?
First of all they feed up with your tappets without feeler is the baddest thing in the world. I just hate that kind of work. Tappet has to be set perfectly otherwise performance will not be good. Bike won't accelerate as fast it should. Secondly, those noise is a manufacturing issue and can't do anything about it unless the company do something, or they release new better quality replacement parts.
