@@adecc0 i agree. but somehow its always him, heard some stories here and there. what was it with big again? didnt they wanted him more on the rifle but the thought he can be one od the best awpers? hes in his own way, if he isnt and im work, my bad.
After putting his ego aside, playing like a team player and then almost pulling Fnatic through against Astralis, this is what he gets? At this point, it's not even funny.
Even if he has put his ego aside he is still toxic and overall a player you dont wanna play with, was good for short-period results, now goodbye, happens when you can't controll your impulsiveness with a t1 team whose roster has been together for 1 year
@@Firo3456 Actually, he wasn't being toxic this time. The reason he's been removed is because Fnatic want to bring in their young awper from the academy. Torzsi and Monesy worked out. They want to try it too.
he should see this as a good thing tbh there are better teams he could get into, its the toxic personality he has to work on because that would affect both teammates and his decision making
@@daanishgupta Well, m0nsey worked out because people were looking at him smurfing on FPL with 14 years old, also torzsi wasn't a completily unknown; for what i have seen, regali has performed very well against other teams of its competitions, but i wouldn't change it for smooya skill-wise, there is a reason smooya is hated and has been either kicked or benched from all the teams he has been, he (also has been seen disrespecting a lot of pro players including s1mple) this time isn't an excuse aswell as at least me, was seeing him getting kicked/benched as soon as he joined fnatic
I’m just sad for Smooya because now people will think that he is still toxic even though he has changed a lot. Smooya is for sure better than Regali but Regali might fit Krimz better in terms of personalities. Honestly playing with passive aggressive people like Alex and Krimz is not that good for Smooya long term anyway so maybe it is better for him to look for another org
Well, recently I've been getting positive vibes from him, feels like he has changed. But, IMO, fnatic is a team everyone should avoid. It has been like that since JW and flusha times. A really bad team for growth and opportunities because of the image you create around yourself. Players have no charisma, have a douchy image, and seems like they don't trust even each other, while on the other hand, Astralis players were pouring tears after the release of devve. We can clearly see the difference here.
@@BONiYooYou can say that literally any team who is in their development faze, going by what the history of the group was and judging newer players in those bases is just such a naive mindset in my opinion. Also dont forget about the fact that Astralis has butchered a young talents career, Bubz didn't deserve it.
@@shawn9243 well, bubz had a chance, they were being innovative and went for a 6man team. Gla1ve said himself, it didn't work out as they planned, so they focus on 5mans again. By the way, in which way am I being naive? Yeah, development stage, but try to think of how much time that "development" stage has taken already. I think in that much time you get to know the players, and the way they behave. Don't want to be biased against them, but I don't ever see them at the top with the way they're currently pursuing, especially after dropping smooya, because of personality differences? Ever heard old Faze comms, or NiP, Astralis, G2? People are completely different, even more like a group of friends playing, and fnatic gives off the energy of gathering just to do their job. That's the difference I am talking about.
Same here, he's probably not that bad a guy, but every time I watch him I just feel like he's really obnoxious and has a misplaced ego. I feel like he's definetly a mood killer in a team
I don't get what's humourus about him being kicked from Fnatic? His laugh in this video feels so fake. He's talking endlessly and still feels like not a single honest word comes out. I mean it's just an impression but I feel like he masks his anger and insecurity with being loud and in-your-face type guy. It's okay to be angry and sad about constantly being kicked! That's the first step to become a better person. But aggressively laughing and dismissing the problem is not going to solve anything.
When it comes to comparing s1mple and Smooya, based on some comments here, I have something to say. S1mple was always a toxic kid, but whenever he was supposed to deliver the results, he did. He did carry his team even when nobody wanted to play with him. His skill and ability to win rounds were just so much above his toxicity, that players eventually get along with him, because on the end of the day, he won the matches that they needed. And after working on his ego and personality after getting a lesson from Ryan (freakazoid), he became a perfect teammate and #1 player of all times I believe. Unfortunately Smooya is a different story. I do not follow him or his career because I dont like him, but the only thing that comes on my mind when hearing his name, is his unreal toxiciny during the match against Dignitas, when Guardian played as a stand-in alongside with legends like Forest, Get_right, Xist and Friberg. Those guys are like 5, tier 1 legends of the game, playing together on the server. Even if you won against them 16-2, you just have to give them the respect. And despite his stupid sh*t-talking to an AWP legend himself, they lost the match because he was not able to deliver anything proper to at least carry his team. If you are so good, that your skill overshadows your toxicity (like s1mple few years ago), then ok, its not pleasant but its acceptable. But Smooya should really either work more to became a star player, he desperately wants to be, or just shut up. And the fact that he has been kicked out again, just proves my opinion on him. In fact, everytime I hear something about this guy, he is in a new lineup. A few words to defend myself: I am not even global elite, so I am not at all at the same level as Smooya when it comes to CS:GO skill, and I respect him as a pro player, and I respect the countless hours he must have put in the game. But if hundreds of other players can be polite and respect each other, he should probably too. If anybody read this comment all the way here, I thank you for your time, and I am open to any friendly discusion. Sorry for my poor english, It has been some time I am out of school.
@@KingOfTone69 thanks bro I wasn't gonna read that s***. But if the mf watched the video, he'd know Smooya didn't get kicked cause he was toxic or anything and performance wasn't the issue either. Fnatic as a team are just focusing long term.
@@LOWKEYNERO as I said, I do not follow Smooya so I dont care if it was his fault or not, nat he got kicked (again), I was more or less reacting to the comments comparing him to s1mple (in terms of toxicity)
Krimz went to the management, he was mad Smooya called him bald egg. Krimz was the main reason why Smooya got kicked, fnatic will have to listen to their long time star support rifler
@@onchonchtuveuxduponch8661 the owner of fnatic said to read for further details in the discord. Personally i am not in it so i dont know what was said but even Smooya is acting cheeky about it like he wants to laugh so for all we know it was Smooya fighting with Krimz about bald eggs and boom now we have regali awping
I'd say he has the talent to be a top-tier player, but not the discipline and self control like most top tier teams. That's what keeps him from really staying on the big stage.
@@WhatsThisOwO I would say he doesn’t train, since to get there he needed to practice a lot . But the casters did say that sometimes when they watch him, it looks like he’s still playing a pug.
@@BACON-im6py well, if that's the case, it's that discipline and self control he needs to train. It's something that separate sweats and pug stars from real professional esports players
@@jashanrk216 it is dead because it is not working - so a new player could change it (my opinion). I really love the new EG Team as it gives me the Cloud9 feeling from Boston
man the problem with this dude isnt his skill, it is his personality. and u cant change a person into something he is not. ppl are what they are and thats it
Well s1mple and smooya is not the same person. I can explain. S1mple can be toxic and be tolerated because they all know he is god in cs. Smooya cant be cause he isnt that good, thus no toxicity is tolerated. And yes i also think its about personality. Just by looking at smooya talk on youtube videoes makes me literally annoyed, so imagine having him in a team on a daily basis. Ouffff The best players are allowed some toxicity, the mediocre arent allowed any at all in conclusion.
@@rogermoore3991 s1mple in 2016-17 wasn't a "God" he was a prodigy and it doesn't matter the status when an awper carries your ass you either work with him about his problems or get rid of him and fall off and they will fall off
@@kaloyan6517 Ofc status and sosial hierarchy matters. 2016 he was not even in navi. A quite skilled prodigy not just «some» prodigy which you makes it sound like.
@@rogermoore3991 what do you mean? :D In 2016 he switched to NaVi after ESL One Cologne. He was good. Real good. But nobody said he was the GOAT back then.
His personality don’t match with the team I guess. You can see from brollan and krimz expression during the tournament. Dead expression even when they managed to win rounds.
As a Swede, I can say that we definitely have a sense of humour. However, not everyone is as outspoken as the Brits for example. That's why many Swedes come off as not having a sense of humour.
they were sick of him hurting the value of the katowice 2014 Fnatic stickers. literally with him off the org the entire team is 20x more likeable, invest in Fnatic kato stickers now
Sometimes you think you are being funny and edgy, but rest of your mates are actually pissed and they are not telling you anything because they are professionals unlike you.
on the flipside, them not telling him and therefore not giving him the chance to sort it out is extremely unprofessional in and of itself, moreso than whatever Smooya was doing. The point of a team is to communicate if you want things to work, and nobody communicated their issues directly to him it seems
@@JulianNeubert91 I bet they all communicated their feelings about Smooya and thats why hes in that position. I'm sure its not just 1 other player who pulls strings strong enough to kick someone else if they have some unfriendly arguments or banter
@@stewttv if you had payed attention to smooya at all in the past year you would know that he would have happily taken the criticism and worked on it it better himself for the team. He has said he is trying to, but if nobody tells him and instead just complains to management about players, then this will always be the result. This isn't the only time things like this has happened with swedish rosters in cs
lol at everyone talking as if they know what happened - the reality is that no one in the comments section knows shit and it's just an unfortunate situation for fans
dude, he hasn't changed, he is literally only friendly on livestream. You can see him smiling at thinking about trash talking his whole old team in this clip right here... this is not a mature teammate, I am older than Smooya and I can tell you he is still a child. Fnatic made the right decision removing him, this is literally the reason he can't find a stable team, he is too loud and the IGLs end up hating him because they lose control, rightfully so.
i mean even he knows his arrogance but refuse to fix it when a t1 org comes and gives him the chance. It looks like EG might sign him and jks, stewie & smooya is a combo bound to fail. Good entertainment tho xD
Stewie and Smooya the two players I hate the most out of the entire csgo scene. Will be fun seen them t-bag each other screaming around like idiots, Bering disrespectfull etc xD
@@tommyreynolds6237 its a swedish fragbite interview. Bashing is a very wrong word though, as he simply said that the team had some interesting characters. And the mood change of this/these characters would drag bad matches/situations even further down real fast. Obviously talking about smooya.
Look at fnatic, does it look like they have any mental structure at all? NOPE😂. I feel like they're still trying to act douchy as the old fnatic did, back then when noone even liked olof, until he started streaming with pasha. I feel like the whole roster has to be wiped out, or the mentality changed in order to achieve at least some kind of highs again.
i mean team liquid was looking for an awper infact they even offered m0nesy but he chose to go with g2 and as what i see smooya is a fucking great awper and rifler as well so i guess he should just go for TL but i doubt Osee will be benched
@@fish6926 i mean yeah Osee is an amazing awper but back when Osee wasn't there TL offered m0nesy so i am talkiing about that particular time i mean i like smooya ,ore than Osee but it's totally subjective
everyone talking about monesy, torzsi, yea they r both very good young talents, but regali r 2, regali is very underrated young star and i think he will become the next awp star
Krimz, brollan and ALEX all said smooya is way too toxic and hot headed, he only got on with mezii. No one else liked him. So I'm going to believe that smooya has not changed at all in anyway and he's still a rat. Which is a shame because he's an insane player, he just needs the s1mple treatment of being humbled
Look, I didn't like the guy but he has shown a lot of personal growth and I really respect him now. But let's be real, Smooya is a meme player, he is not skillful enough for top tier teams. That put aside I really changed my opinion about him and this situation and his reaction really shows how much he has changed. Wish you all the luck in the future my man!
@@WOLFPACKgg well let's be real here, bubzkij isn't a smart and calm player, on the other hand, current astralis roster has proved their capabilities. Gotta figure out the calls between blameF and gla1ve I guess, n shit is gonna be good
@@BONiYoo Well I know for a fact that the current Astralis roster is very capable. I just felt sorry for bubz who wouldn't play officials until he gets out of Astralis.
I don't think there's even a story here honestly. He has a strong personality and clearly he has teammates who are struggling to keep up with it. I doubt there's any bad blood or beef between anyone at the org honestly. This happens in any working environment. You might need to cut off one head to save the other four. That's just management.
he is just a pain in the ass. not good as an awper, not doing what igl told him to. he is just not worth the trouble, and the saddest part is, he dont even get it.
I don't know if he's "toxic" or not but he is really really super unprofessional. Yeah he's a laugh and a good player but clearly he has trouble with the "professional" part of professional CSGO. I've worked around tons of people who were fun to hang out with or I liked them personally, but working *with* them was fucking terrible.
screaming like it's MM and calling your teammate a bald egg during an elimination match on LAN is not going to go over well with management who are expecting professionals to show up to do their job in a professional manner.
