what is it exactly that make you tap? Can't breathe? Can't you turn your head to the side?

Sometimes it’s the smother, sometimes it’s the pressure. Personally I try to put my breast plate right on their nose, that is usually enough to get the tap. Keeping hands on the side of the head will help keep them from turning their head
