Adapt and improvise, learn from what I'm doing to help you solve the stage in your way, with what you have in your account. 6:52 - Use a pioneer vanguard that does not deal too high of a damage, you don't want to overkill the guy before you place Chen Alter. OR, you can overkill the guy, but make sure to kill him fast with maybe a Skill 3 Saga, or a pioneer vanguard with a quick killer like Phantom, Bagpipe, Nearl Alter, Surtr, whatever you may think of. 11:03 - You can replace Arene and Click with one or two other strong operators who can kill the Nethersea Reefbreaker (the reindeer looking enemy), I gave examples at 2:04 12:10 - If your Chen Alter does not have enough bullets, top up more damage, throw another boss killer to the mix, a Silverash, Nearl Alter, Skadi, Specter Alter, Irene, anything you can think of to make up the last bit of damage needed

One thing to add for the Component/Attachments section: If you were to farm around 1,600 in game currency you will be able to unlock another devices that will give you the ability to either slow down the spread of the corrupted tile or completely remove it's ability to deal elemental dmg with -80% arts dmg being dealt to operators under the corrupted tile. This is a very helpful device that will significantly help your run and make it wayyy easier. So please get them as soon as possible in this stage.

Pro tip: W applies her stun before her dmg so it wrecks the enemies with high dodge

I struggled with this stage for a LONG time before I finally cleared it this morning. It was really frustrating since I realised that if I had Gnosis, it would've taken a lot less time since freezing enemies from the middle lane spawn would've made things a lot less stressful, but hey, in the end, Tequila came in clutch once again. 😌

Honestly following this guide might be more fun than following a ling guide if you're into that. Really nice explanations and that replacement list is also really helpful

Great guide, and helpful Chalter tips. Thank god this stage isn't the Manganese drop. I don't need the Compound Cutting Fluid drops, so it's no problem that this stage is bad for auto-deploy.

GODDD THIS STAGE it was hell but I am so glad I got my Ling with S3 and Ceobe with S1, made things a bit less harder once I figured out their timings I'm not farming this stage considering my strat is not auto friendly, I still got tons of the rate up material anyways either way, great strat here!!! as always u explain things rlly well :]

Just read through the other comments and wanted to ask you to not let criticism from unappreciative people get you down. I watch multiple content creators and their different strategies because they will provide different solutions to the same problem. Keep doing your thing man, keep your content, strategies and guides uniquely you. Being unique is the only way to stand out from the other creators. For me, your greatest asset is also your greatest weakness, you give great detail. When I want a quick guide, I go elsewhere, when I want a really detailed analysis and explanation of the why behind a strategy composition, your content is perfect. I'll watch it even if I've already cleared the map.

I am currently on a mission to build and obtain every single Abyssal Hunter operator, and clearing this stage has been necessary for that, thanks for the guide! I've struggled with this stage so much even after 2 years lmao

Still new to Arknights, thank you for the guide. That was the hardest map I have done so far by a long margin. Your guides are great because I can adapt it to the units I have on my account. I have a maxed Silver Ash, Schwarz, and Ifrit, but those reefbreakers right at the end were the most difficult thing to deal with, I had to level up my Click and Lappland significantly. I borrowed a friend's Chen that was only Mastery 2, but we got the job done.

it took forever but i finally got 3 stars!! thank you so much for your guide, i was agonizing over this level for days. fwiw, i killed the reefbreaker up top too quickly (so the boss ate both relics) but even this double buff was not a problem for my E2 hoshi :) lumen is also great as the bottom side healer!

Thank you so much for this guide. Apparently I don't have the micro for other guides. I even survived messing up and double buffing on the last phase, but Kal'tsit true damage and Cuora S2 bailed me out.

I needed to replace Arene and Click (lack of both) with Amiya S3 and Kal'tsit S3 for phase 3 and manege to do it in 2nd run (I messed up timing in 1st). Thanks for (probably) "the most user friendly" guide for this stage.

All Hail Kukkikaze, our lord and savior!!! Been tackling this shot at least a dozen times without success using other guides but managed to clear it on the first try with this one. All hail the one true god of Arknights!!!

if anyone's still trying this, the hardest part of the stage is avoiding the double buff from the reefbreaker top lane. *you don't need to do that*. i let the boss get double buffed and just with cuora's skill (e1lv50) and spot's skill (e1lv55) and a good healer (e1lv50 silence), cuora can tank the damage until ch'en kills the boss. tysm for the guide, extremely helpful!

FINALLY got this stage out of the way, though I had at least two scares in the middle of it;; I had to get my own Chalter up to lv30s3m3 but she was able to get me though, good gracious. Spalter and Lappland worked great as panic buttons, too! (Lappland e2lv30s2m3, Spalter e2lv58s3) I also swapped out Beagle for Nearl, as she had more sustainability for that part where a sea terror kept leaking past the units and Chen wasn't ready in time like yours was;;

another info. if you use 3rd component with +1 block variant, the roomba will knock the enemies if you use bouncing roomba strategy because somehow roomba counted as operator

Holy crap! You can curate the bosses dinner menu??? I've already cleared and setup a stable auto farm using 6* characters but I had no idea I was making it harder by dumping multiple corpses on the same tile. Not going to change the setup now, but great video. Thanks mate.

The designer of this stage was either an S looking to add to our suffering or a heavy M wanting a "mind-numbing, soul crushing" stage for their enjoyment...

For those who have GG, you can skip out on Chalter - or at least in the way she's used here. By placing an AA unit in Hibiscus' spot, especially one with burst damage to make it faster, the left guy on the top lane goes down quickly (they're arts resistant IIRC) and since the top lane is VERY close to an exit, GG's Skill 3 will auto target it first and kill the rightmost jellyfish fast enough to keep the buffs seperate. He'll get the block count buff but it doesn't matter since you can easily unlock the module Kukki didn't choose yet - one that adds +1 block to your units (also works on almost all summons, even ones that can't block such as Skalter's or Nightingale's cages - especially hilarious with Skalter because that one is immortal and can't be damaged). If you have her, Kal'tsit can also turn this boss into a bit of a joke. With 3 Block on Monst3r (4 with the Helper add-on) and True Damage that can't be dodged or blocked, it becomes pretty easy to defeat it. You can also farm 1600 coins total in the previous stages first - the stages you want to farm for resources anyway - and unlock a module for the Helper that removes the stun from the goo and reduces the arts damage from it by 80% - it's a good bit of work but boy does it make life easier across the board for farming. You'll still want to have one of the Berries or Lumen built for the upcoming CC9, though, which is right after this event IIRC.

this is literally the only reason i managed to beat sn-10

SN-10 was difficult but it can be done with other operators like Ling as those dragons are very good for tanking and damaging.

If you have n\Nearl Alter, her skill 2 makes this significantly easier in case any mistakes are made.

I don't have a Ch`en Alter but have a reliable way to beat this level relatively easily - but it uses some very precice timings. And even with Lappland's silence the damned dodge does eventually accumualte to tiny discrepancies so the enemy ends up blocked on the wrong side and boss eats 2 buffs, so the auto-deploy doesn't work. Though the cutting fluid is very tasty, so I let it play for a bit and then take over for the later part.

I finally cleared this stage with so much struggling(found a good guide to make my strategy), had to use Jaye as support, and this video drops, my luck And here I was thinking SN7 was hard But thanks for the video again I started the game a month ago and watching your videos helped a lot and before we know it, I am already lvl 51 with 252 base

I had a nightmare session and did successfully clear the stage brute-forcing bottom against random boss buffs throughout...Feel like a complete moron now seeing all the interactions you can use to nerf this event. This setup is so satisfying.

Can you also make a video with a well built account? Assuming the account cornerstone units like thorns, blaze, etc and couple of boss killers like Chen alter, nearl alter etc. This video is great but I honestly still don't understand what exactly I should be doing with an account like mine.

If you got Irene S3 it's no brainer you can use her as the boss maid DPS, but the down side is the Boss might get some other buffs if you didn't do a good job on the enemy management

the only problem ive had so far with this is the chance of my units getting stunned but other then that the guid works great

you don't *need* M3 on Chalter but it's definitely recommended. I compared this run with M2 and M3 and M3 was way less stressful.

I replaced chalter with suzuran for stalling the boss and ifrit to burn and monster. I used surtr for the top lane. Chalter is so broken, one needs a lot more operators to replace her. I really hope I get her in the next limited banner. Sadly, I would have to abandon the hopes of getting texter/texco/textalter/florida/woter

I struggled a bit but In the end Kalt'sit S3M3 (The boss killer), Mulberry S2R7 (You know it how this will be useful right?), Angelina S3R7 (to clear out the smaller mobs from distracting Mont3r from the boss) and Bagpipe S3M3 (For Distraction) take care of him in the same tile throughout the level. Poor Boss
