i love these videos but watching these made me realize how much parents have way too much junk food in the home. i mean baskets of snacks that are processed is insane. no hate though. but this is why children end up having bad relationships with food and it goes into our adult years until we change it ourselves.
Where the food at all I see is snacks ik ya eating all that for breakfast lunch and dinner if that a meal in ya house ion want it we eat food real food over here lol
Helloo diabetes and heart disease. No wonder its a normal occurance to be overweight in your country. Kids can be energetic with or without sugar. Sugar easily becomes an addiction at a young age
For those of y'all wondering about the amount of sugar, for one, these women are likely stocking up for the month, and for two, they likely have multiple kids (or they just really like chocolate.) But, I mean, every household manages itself differently. Also, kids need energy to grow and function and play, it's why snacks are fantastic for them and it's why, if the moms are stocking for the month, that the amount of sugar/carbs/dairy in this video is actually kinda appropriate.
That’s more than enough trash food for a kid for a year! Month!?? They must have an army of kids at home in that case! Snacks should be fruits, crackers, homemade bars, natural yoghurt, etc. not this sugar mountain. It’s appalling this is seen as a ‘norm’.
@@Lizzimurphy I want to say that there's no such thing as trash food because it demonizes affordable and tasty options, but I also completely understand where you're coming from. I absolutely agree that kids should be getting nutrients and complex grains and naturally-occurring sugars as much as they can. However, it's not my place to criticize a mom on how she feeds her kids, even if I were a mom. The snacks that she chooses for her household are the snacks that, apparently, work really well and keep her household running the way she wants it to. Every child is different too, with different preferences, needs, and metabolisms. I was happy with an apple, but my little sister needed a lot more sugar to keep her blood sugar up. My parents understood that and they asked us what we wanted from the store just for simplicity's sake because that's what worked for our household. We can't always afford to have a plethora of healthy options, especially with today's prices, so everyone has to make due and do their best to feed their kids.
Sorry to say this "Too much of packed food it's not good for health" so please try some healthy foods also like fruits, salad, homemade snacks & nuts etc...
